In the morning, x-rays determined a non-displaced fracture. By the afternoon, I was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Wera. He was direct and clearly explained what was necessary to heal properly and the required daily exercises. I would recommend him to anyone who needed an orthopedist.

My experience at OrthoCincy was the best! From the check-in to the check-out process, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Dr Slaughter was very nice and made a wonderful first impression on me.

I saw Dr. Wera for my hands and wrists. He was nice and professional. Not the most compassionate doctor I've ever seen, but he was very informative and honest with me. I have such severe arthritis from autoimmune disease and too many past injuries from sports that there is no quick fix or surgery that can help me at all. I only give 4 stars because it irritates me how I was there for hours and didn't get called back until thirty minutes past my appointment time after showing up 30 minutes early.

Some of that is understandable if the reasoning is taking time with patients that need it and not overbooking appointments. I did think maybe there would be some type of injection to help my wrist pain but that was never discussed. Other reason I took a star off was because the person that came in, a young man I won't name, to give me my wrist braces appeared to be either really sick or hopefully having some type of severe allergy attack. He kept wiping his runny nose with his hand and touching the wrist brace and my hand

Dr Holtzapfel was professional, on time, answered all of my questions and was not dismissive. She is an excellent health care provider and I was lucky to have been seen by her. The shot hurt like heck (like she told me it would!) but has provided much relief. Thank you very much.

Dr Due is very nice and detailed and always advocates what is best. My hand was broken and instead of recommending surgery right away he is allowing time to see if it heals in his own. I very much trust and respect Dr Due's advice and would recommend anyone with hand or wrist injuries to see him at OrthoCincy

Dr. Finnan was great. I feel like I healed well and he did a great job with follow up recovery. He was nice and even funny in my follow up appointments. I really felt like I was in the best hands. He's to the point in your appointments but I never felt rushed by any means. Would certainly Recommend.

Well it was my first time going and everything went smooth took X-rays. And make sure to ask me what the issue was a lot of Doctor's offices just go off what they think I like how Dr. Slaughter check my fingers ran X-rays then he came up with the best solution he thought it was and treated me for that. It was a smooth check-in I filled out my paperwork got me back fast to see the Dr and the Dr didn't take long at all. So for me this was a great office I would recommend then to anybody they were very professional polite and helpful.

Ms Mallory was wonderful. However, I'm giving 3 stars for the lack of follow through on the discussed plan. I saw her on Saturday in the Urgent Clinic and was told I would receive a call on Monday from a hand specialist. I've called, daily, try to make that connection and haven't received a call back or further instructions. It's now Wednesday, and today the office staff told me to either go to the ER or another Ortho practice. This is not my prior experience with this practice, and it's very disappointing.

I was an unscheduled walk-in appointment. I was seen quickly and the process was efficient but thorough! I never once felt rushed by any caregiver in the entire visit. Each person explained what their role was and what they were doing. I would definitely recommend!

This place offered great explanations of procedures, as well as options, the pros and cons, and realistic expectations. friendly staff and clean waiting rooms plus offices were a plus.

Leslie Allen was helpful as she took the time to explain what was happening with my shoulder and the muscles around it and deflected pain. She also knew everything about my issue which is very nice so I didn't have to repeat myself over and over!

Beautiful clean and spacious facility. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. My APRN Nick Mai was friendly, understanding and professional. He is confident and knowledgeable. He listened to my complaints and honored my choices and values. He gave me different treatment options and allow me to chose the one I thought best for me and my circumstances.

He never let me feel that he was in hurry. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I had a MRI, X- rays, Mammogram, Dexascan and a consultation and was done in under two hours. This is amazing.

Excellent care! Dr Velasquez was The right doctor for me and ordered an MRI and I knew something was so wrong and he found it! The MRI team was great. I had 2 super attentive attendants and one was a big guy and I felt so confident with him being there. I felt safe because MRIs are intimidating because they are so "closed-in". They were so nice and gave me music to listen to.

It really helped because MRI machines are horrendously loud!. Another lady when I was leaving helped me out the door as there were so many I wasn't sure which one was the exit! Great overall experience!

13 years ago the disc issues in my back were so bad I lived with level-10 pain 24/7. I was petrified to undergo surgery. I had never heard anyone say anything positive about back surgery yet I had no choice but to do it. I found Dr. Jacquemin. He performed full fusion back surgery. I no sooner was waking up from the anesthesia when I knew my back surgery was a complete success.

I had surgical pain but my back pain was completely gone. It was a complete miracle. He released me in less than 24 hours and I actually came home doing laps around my house. I was moving slowly but my back pain had disappeared. I referred to him as my miracle worker and he called me his poster child (at 50 yrs. old, I was delighted to take on that title). Needless to say, I would travel the world over to have Dr. Jacquemin work on any back issue that may arise.

Dr. Baker was great. He didn't push unnecessary procedure, was very to the point and informative. He gave me. great advice and explained why he wanted me to take the less expensive route first. I'm grateful for his experience and professionalism.

Very nice facility great doctors with great Medical abilities they know what's going on and can fix the problem you might have. Susanna work great with me and my issues. Proud to have her as a doctor.

Zach was knowledgeable and personable as I fell following my knee replacement and had to have surgery to continue my recovery. Thanks Zach for putting me at ease. When Dr Hummel was not available following my fall Zach, Dr. Metzler and Dr. Fritch stepped in and provided the emergency care I needed. Thanks OrthCinci; what a team! You are the best!

Highly recommend Ortho Cinci Dr Hummel and his team are hands down the best Suzanne Fernbach PA Zack Dedden PA Absolutely skilled, caring, compassionate and personable. They listen to concerns answer questions and never rush The entire staff from check in to check out make Ortho Cinci the best.

Dr. Baker is amazing he did my carpel tunnel surgery on wrist and elbow and I had no and I repeat no pain. It was sore and tender but no pain. His staff was friendly, helpful and would assist me with paperwork for short term disability.

This office is great. Dr Metzler has done surgery on my left wrist and also knee and shoulder surgery on my husband. They are very helpful and kind staff. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely terrible! Front office staff was rude and unhelpful! Not to mention yelling across the room at people to put a mask on is completely unnecessary! When your there for URGENT needs sometimes things like face mask aren't the first thing you think of! But it gets better! Next they refused to see us, then I was told i had to have an appointment, and then magically they had an appointment available for just then.

I was told it could be days before they could even get us in for a specialist, when in fact we didn't need a specialist! We were referred there by our PCP for same day treatment and were told everything BUT that would happen. Your front desk staff specifically said NO, they will not treatment us the same day. Why call yourselves an orthopedic urgent care when you refuse to treat patients the same day?

They even went as far as listing the doctors names to each other saying"well it's so an so today, will he even do that, and well so an so is here to. I doubt it." That says alot about quality of care by your staff.

I made an appt. with Dr. Finnan because of a chronic pain issue. He said he couldn't help me and didn't. He didn't try to explain why I'm in chronic pain, nor did he try to help alleviate it. He said I was doing all the right things. However, I'm still in chronic pain and it affects my mobilization and he didn't offer to help to figure out why. He said he could have ordered an MRI, but he wouldn't do anything with that information anyway.

He had no interest in helping me. He said he could have given me a cortisone injection, but that is only 50/50 on being effective. He didn't even try. He didn't care. I was visibly upset in his office. I cried in frustration, and he didn't care at all.

Well I fell down the stairs and both my ankles were throbbing so I went to orthocincy and got right in. Found out I sprained both ankles. The staff was very kind and Dr. Reist was just as great. It's hard to come by such great help these days so thank you. I definitely recommend going there for any injury. Thank you orthocincy!

Dr. Reist was very kind, knowledgeable, and he did a great job of easing my nerves when I was scared to get a cortisone shot in my knee. I would definitely recommend him and will return to him if need be in the future.

Had a pretty good experience here. Referred by my PCP at St. Elizabeth, I "did my own research" & found a doctor for a problem I'm having with my foot. Check-in was straightforward - it always helps expedite things if you use their MyChart website. I was there early enough in the day that I was summoned by a nurse promptly at my actual appointment time. Went through the usual drill with her before talking to a doctor & getting some x-rays.

My foot problem may actually be related to a back problem (the hip bone's connected to the backbone & the leg bone's connected to the hip bone & all that, you know?), so now I have to go back in a couple of weeks to see someone else & possibly get some physical therapy as well. This sort of stuff always makes me wonder where the line is between good care & a racket, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Was referred here by my doctor at St. Elizabeth. Waited a month for a call back from referrals, only to be told that they don't take my insurance. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. If you partner with St. E's and have doctors referring you here, why do you not accept the same insurance? At least make it clear on your website.

Matthew provides care for my knees. Injections in lieu of surgery. He is prompt, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.

Every time I am there the staff are kind, attentive, and helpful. Nick Mai has worked with me and has always taken time to listen and my questions. He explains things well and I always leave feeling better and more in control of my situation. Here I feel cared for! Thank you to a group that gives their best so I feel my best.

I love orthoCincy and the care they give.this last visit I saw Renee Rogers. she was kind and attentive. From the time you check in the girls up front were helpful. along with the associate that took me back and checked me in. The x-Ray tech knew it was hard for me to stand she was extremely fast and efficient. I have had 3 replacements and have 3 more to go. and and this is the place I will go for them all!

In and out in under an hour Including x ray. Dr Wahlen was great. And to the point. A great urgent care experience.

Amanda Mallory, PA did a great job working on working on my knee. She's very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her.

The nurse practitioner did not listen and was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I had to insist that he order an MRI and change to a Dr. that would actually provide medical care.

My wife suffered with what they told her was arthritis in her knee for 9 months they put her through painful therapy and they told her she would probably need a knee replacement. She then went to a surgeon who said she isn't ready for replacement. Then she went to a rheumatologist who said she has something else going on and told her she needs to see a good Ortho surgeon.

Finally she went to Beacon orthopedic and right away looking at the same MRI that Ortho Cincy used months before the surgeon at Beacon Ortho saw a piece of cartlidge that broke loose from her meniscus. Dr. Cha at a Beacon is doing Surgery soon we are so happy and at the same time angry and disappointed that she had to suffer so long.

The facility is new and clean, the staff have been very helpful with my 8 year old son who has a sports injury. Doctors and testing in the same building along with physical therapy. Easy scheduling.
