Great team! Very professional and caring people. From the nurse Olivia, to Mark and doctor Evans, and how can forge Alita AKA Alicia . The whole team made me feel comfortable, safe, like I was their only priority. They took great care of me, the only complaint is the room service, after the procedure I asked for steak and baked potato, but I got crackers and apple juice. Thank you all.

I am truly pleased with the treatment I received from the moment I entered the premises at the Texas Endoscopy center. I was treated with so much care and courtesy that I didn't miss Miami which is what I was afraid of. Thank you Dr Fajardo and all the nurses that helped me through that moment of uncertainty. Sincerely, Mario Lorenzo

I came from Austin to see Dr Amaratunge due to her excellent ratings and reviews by US News and World Report and I have been very impressed with her and her staff, especially Lucy. I can tell Dr. A really cares about my well-being, and she offered me well-thought out solutions based on her expertise. She explained my options, and allowed me to make decisions that were best for me.
I am very very happy that I chose to come here. Lucero (Lucy) who works at the check-out desk, is excellent. She went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered regarding scheduling, finances, and tests. I have not had any issues with billing whatsoever. GI issues are very subtle- there are cookie cutter solutions out there, but each person is different.
I have seen so many doctors in the past. and most just give their solutions without listening to the patient. Dr A is not like that, and is the best GI doctor I've ever gone to.

Dr. Rendon was extremely professional, polite and helpful with questions and describing the procedure. I appreciated the way he followed up post procedure with a review and information. The staff were all Fabulous! Super friendly and professional. They were very patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout my time at the facility.

Dr Evans and the team were great! I was getting a colonoscopy for the first time which is not something I was really looking forward to (as you can imagine). However, they really made it a smooth and easy process, and it just really was not that big of a deal. The team had a great bedside manner and took care of me. Also, Dr Evans was very patient with me and thoroughly explained the process and the results. I'll definitely go back to them again.

My procedure was on 1/28. From the time I walked in the door, to the time I left, This place made me so comfortable. I was so nerves. They welcomed me with open arms. The nurses, the Anesthesia, the Doctor, everyone was so awesome. The nurse that did my IV, I think her name was Krystal, she told me she been there 17 years. She was amazing. Next Colonoscopy, I definitely will be back. 5 Stars

Not a place I plan to go back to. I don't know who is in charge of their accounting but kept getting more and more bills for random stuff. After I paid I got another bill from this place for something else. How many times do I have to pay this place? This is after paying all deductibles and co pays. I received 4 bills from this place for two visits. Don't recommend going here especially since it was extremely difficult just to get an appointment. One girl there was trying to do what she can to get me an appointment.

Working with Texas Digestive Disease Consultants is an absolute NIGHTMARE! They misplace paperwork, fail to follow through on calls, and then shuttle you off to voicemails as to ensure you KNOW, that you don't matter to them. In addition to their blatant disregard for the patients in terms of communication, they be sure to reiterate, reiterate, and SAY IT AGAIN. "If you are late or miss an appointment, you are required to pay a fee before they will reschedule you". Exchanges with them on 3/10 1.
They accused the prior doctor of failing to send paperwork, and said that their doctor needed until 3/11 to review paperwork for scheduling. Reviewed the situation, with them and they said they would call before 2:00, I explained I would call back at 2:30 as they close at 4:00. 2. Note that the prior doctor was so attentive that he called me at 7:00 PM at night as to ensure that I am cared for, and all questions answered.
He repeatedly goes beyond the norms, as to ensure the best level of care and communication. Exchanges with them on 3/11 alone. 1. Called and told the scheduler isn't at their desk. result -pushed to voicemail disconnect. 2. Called and in queue transfer to scheduler. result - disconnected 3. Called in queue 6 minutes. result - disconnected 4. Called in queue, argued about the prior experience, held in queue 10 minutes, the phone picked up 8 times and then put back on hold until minute 29, pushed to voicemail. 5. Called in queue for 6 Emma answers and says her computer is down, and that there are only 8 hours in a day, and there are patients ahead of me, even though she didn't know who I was. They then state based on my healthcare I don't qualify for any appointments this week or next. I chose to take my healthcare elsewhere!
