Incompetent staff cant seem to send referral orders over to the correct place ever or input my results into the patient portal. Also told them I wasn't going to make an appointment to discuss my mri results if the results didn't show anything but they insisted that I see the doctor in person to discuss the findings, turns out they didn't find anything and wasted my time. 2nd time this has happened

Appointment scheduled at 10, was called to the back by 10:04, getting X-rays by 10:15. Had to stop by the bathroom on way back, once I got back to my room Dr was there within a minute. Reviewed results of X-rays and game plan and I was out of there by 10:30. The whole staff was super friendly. The facilities were clean. We'll ran operation here. Would highly recommend for any of your orthopedic needs.

I've found Dr. Cantrell to be consistently friendly and professional, always willing to share/explain, never condescending, prompt to call personally with test results, and a talented surgeon. Recently dialed in on a very difficult to diagnose issue with my shoulder and performed a surprisingly successful surgery to correct it. In my experience, the entire staff-from clinic to PT to surgery-is skilled, friendly, and professional. 5 star people by every metric.

Three surgeries (right knee, right elbow and, most recently, the left knee), over 10-years and they've always treated me with kindness before during and after my surgery! Most importantly, my surgeries have been a great success! Thank you Dr. Cantrell for repairing both knees and Dr. Wilkofsky for repairing my elbow!

I have been going to Orthopedic Associates for years.mainly shoulder pain management-related, but I have had a couple of surgeries performed on other issues as well. Its like a well-oiled machine. You never wait long, whatever orthopedic issue you have they have a specialist for it, and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend them!

I had to have a spinal fusion and I chose Dr. McElroy on a recommendation from a friend. Everyone at orthopedic Associates was very helpful very organized and very knowledgeable. Dr. McElroy could not have been more responsive to all my questions and concerns. He explained in great detail what was needed and how he intended on accomplishing it. After the surgery all the pain in my legs and hips is gone, i'm also gaining more function with my leg which I haven't had in years. I Would highly recommend both this facility and Dr. McElroy.

I visited this location again after needing to get an appointment. I brought my daughter by this location after referral from the Pediatric Center. We did find that the doctor we saw was great and he explained the reason for the pain that my daughter was experiencing. He completed the testing, rendered his evaluation, and we were off and out.
