Botox cosmetic is made from a purified protein. This non-surgical, Physician-administered, treatment can temporarily reduce moderate to severe wrinkles between the eyebrows in patients between the ages of 18 and 65. During treatment, very low doses of Botox Cosmetic are administered by a few tiny injections directly into the muscles that cause those stubborn lines between the eyebrows.

Dr. Diaz is one of few doctors in the community that has accepted my issurance. She is very open-minded with the issues I have faced during this pandemic. Trying to be distant from everyone, Dr. Diaz offered me her TeleHealth visits. The way she interacted with me made me feel so comfortable explainging my feelings. She is amazing at what she does truly! Thank you so much for all the exceptional hard work I have recieved from their staff and Dr. Diaz herself.

Dr Diaz is severely incompetent. She should not be allowed to practice medicine on anyone. She disregards the severity of her patients symptoms, ignores complaints and only ever seems to treat symptoms instead of looking for cures. After repeatedly bringing up my grandmothers stomach pain ANOTHER doctor in her office agreed to run some tests which came back positive for an intestinal infection. In response doctor Diaz REFUSED to give the appropriate antibiotics to cure. She's a horrible excuse for a physician.

This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would love to have them around if I ever get sick again. Dr. Diaz had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. Sara that took my initial information was terrific, she too made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. I loved visiting and if I need their service again I know I will be welcomed.

I wanted to like this office. I live down the street so it was so convenient for me. Every time I went I had an issue. Every time I went they never knew why I was there or what we had gone over In the previous visit. I had a few things done-- like a biopsy and after that they still told me I needed to make an appointment to get a referral to a specialist. all this office cares about is money.
The last time I called they asked for my name. I stated my first name before she told me she's going to get my chart and put me on hold. never asked my last or birthday so I'm not sure who's chart she was planning on getting. Then put me on hold for 45 minutes. I had to hang up since I was on my break at work. Called again the next day with no answer and I left a message on their machine like you're advised to do.
They NEVER called me back. This office is a joke. If you aren't there for an immigration physical, then don't bother going. Because they will treat you like shit. Did I mention that they weigh you in front of the whole waiting room?

BEWARE! My husband and I went to Dr. Diaz's office for an immigration medical exam. They didn't not fill out the forms correctly. The office said it was our fault the paperwork was incomplete and charged us twice but the doctor wasn't even the one conducted the first exam! After all of this Dr Diaz had the nerve to tell us that her time is valuable, when we made 4 separate trips. I hope the was an isolated incident and they arent taking advantage of other immigrants. 0 stars

Most of the time there is about a 30 minute wait though it is relatively easy to book an appointment. That said, Dr. Diaz doesn't do *anything* in office anymore. When you go in for a physical, she will update your medical history. That's it. If you need ANYthing else all you will get is a referral. Dr. Diaz doesn't even do tetanus boosters in office anymore. I'm looking for a new general practitioner who still practices medicine in office.

This doctors office is very tough to work with. They do not have the facilities to complete an annual physical in one visit, which is fine, until they charge the insurance company 3 different times and you are left to pay out of pocket for one of the visits. The billing manager Bianca is very rude and short tempered. She fails to understand the basics of customer service and seems like they are just out to get your money. Save your money and time and go to a different doctor.

They make you wait forever even when come in earlier than your appointment every time. Also they only have ONE doctor and the rest are physician assistants who have limited access and knowledge about medicine. They won't let you see that doctor unless you're interested in buying her medicine only. Their staff is unhelpful overall. Don't bother scheduling an appointment with these incompetent people unless you like waiting over a hour and be treated poorly as a patient. Look else where for better healthcare professionals.
