Everyone at this clinic was very caring and compassionate. Ali Berro the NP took his time assessing and evaluating my concerns, and explained everything to ensure I understood it all. Plus the clinic was super clean!

The staff along with the Doctors are always pleasant and happy. There's practically no waiting time to see the Doctor when you check in and that's a bonus for me since I live 2 hours away from the office. They're also very easy to talk to and always have the time to answer questions and not feeling rushed to get in and out of there. All of these reasons are why I love Sterling Medical!

The examination was thorough and felt like I was in good hands. I was able to explain myself without being interrupted or under assumption of false symptoms. Carol, Hailey and the rest of the staff were great. I recommend Sterling Medical.

This Urgent care use to be the best around? Been going here over 20 years. they sent my son packing with an antibiotic and a "oh yes thats infected" He was in the hospital the next day septic. Will never return as this wasn't the first bad thing to happen!

I have been to this clinic twice and I was seen twice by Dr. Ali, each time a different injury. The Dr was not dismissive of my pain, his staff was very thorough with getting me checked in and out and Dr. Ali also made sure to follow up with my results. I work nearby this urgent care so I came here out of convenience but I would go out of my way to be seen here if I need to use urgent care.

Extremely personable, genuine, professional, caring, amazing people. I've been to many different doctor offices and the staff here is beyond the absolute best! The office staff is great. The doctors are quick, but efficient. The entire staff makes you feel good about being there. As a patient who also works in Healthcare I understand both sides and they handle each case with patience and integrity.

I came to Sterling Medical Center over a year ago when I had Covid-19 to get tested. I came again on January 10th after exposure to the virus. Fully vaccinated and no symptoms. Joined the very long line of cars before the site even opened. The process was very organized. One person took your ID and gave you paperwork to help with pre-screening. Then you follow the cars, park at the end and get tested. Yes, it took more than an hour and a half but I greatly appreciated the hard work of the staff there. They probably test hundreds if not thousands people a day.

Please be careful when you let them give you the covid test.a friend went on 1/10/2022 and the lady giving the test put the swap so far up his nose he started bleeding.no apology

Got Covid tested here. Long line, I understand because of the season we are in. I've called three days in a row and no one either picks up nor calls me back. Haven't received any news on my test while I have work pending on my results. How do you not have someone answering phone calls? Ridiculous.

All the doctors, the PA's & the entire staff are just fantastic, they're good down to earth people that actually care to help you. The whole staff knows their jobs & business very well. The facilities are always very clean and spotless. I've been going here for over 20 years. So If you're looking for a smart and caring Dr. this is the place to go. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Sarah Chehab, PA-C is phenomenal. Answered every single question I had and handled all of my concerns professionally. She is by far one of the most empathetic providers I have ever seen. She managed the complexity of my care by thoroughly investigating and explaining the basis of her medical decision making and explained everything in my understanding.

She is also very easy to communicate with and shows how much she cares for her patients. I highly recommend Sarah for all of your health related concerns. It was an honor having her as my provider.

Doctor Berro is the best doc in Macomb/Oakland county area hands down! ((I had switched from Dr. Gammons, Warren office, to Sterling Medical. BEST CHOICE I COULD HAVE EVER MADE! Gammons is a 'scamming',c ircus compared to Sterling!)) Their office in Sterling Heights is very professional, clean & actually have people working there that care about the patients! Go figure. If you're looking for a great Doctor I recommend Sterling medical. MY HAND TO GOD, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I really appreciated that I didn't have to expose an entire waiting room to whatever I have. I was seen promptly and was negative for Covid. Thank you for a pleasant experience when I was feeling very under the weather.

Dr. Ali Berro is a good, and thorough doctor! I have no complaints about him, and he has always went above and beyond, to make sure I was the appropriate care. This doctors office is not only good, they are reasonably fast. I have only had a couple scheduling issues, but that had nothing to do with the care that I had received. I recently moved 45 minutes away from this urgent care, and I am soo pleased with his office, that I make the 45 minute trip every month, instead of finding a closer doctor to my new house. Now that should tell you something. I was recommended to this urgent care by a friend, and now I will definitely recommend this place to you!

My wife and I went today (Oct 12, 2021) for a PCR test for traveling. We stayed in our car and the technician came out to do the swab. A very nice and professional technician. We got our results back today at 7pm. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a PCR test for travel. Reliable and professional :)

I came to Sterling Medical Center about a year ago for urgent care. After leaving my visit I immediately changed over for Ali Berro to be my PCP. This office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The office is friendly and welcoming. The girls there can do everything from bloodwork, to X-rays, and so much more. They listen and are just so sweet. I recommend this office hands down!
