This place is great with my sons. Plus i have a major crush on Dr Smith.

I have taken my kids here since they were born and have never had a bad experience besides maybe waiting. I am willing to wait to get absolute outstanding care for my children. They literally work their butts off. I have had many health scares throughout the years and everytime the pediatricians and nurses treat our concerns with the upmost respect and understanding.

I also had times where I have had to call the on call doctors in the middle of the night and they still have so much dedication in their work and always were thorough, even when they are so incredibly tired themselves. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Helena Pediatrics!

This place needs alot of work. Although it seems clean enough, the flooring is a nightmare & needs replacing, the decor is tacky, the carpet filthy & there is absolutely nothing for the children in the waiting room to do! I understand with covid some things had to be eliminated, but this place is so outdated & uncomfortable, I dread going to our appointments there. On a positive note it does look clean & well kept as far as bathroom & exam rooms but needs a remodeling 10 yrs ago.

With every ounce of contempt I can fit in a review, I want to tell anyone reading that this is the worst place to receive medical care possible. Over the years I've spent more hours than I could count in the waiting room, missed weeks worth of prescriptions because doctors couldn't be bothered to call them in, been dismissed, not taken seriously, and looked down on.

At a checkup after a vehicle accident, I left with no idea if anything was wrong, no scans or testing. I was called "kiddo". "It's gonna be okay kiddo". I'm 17. For the sake of my future, I need quality preventative care and to know what health I am in after a serious car crash. Instead, I waited an hour to be baby talked and sent on my way.

I've been taking my children here for a least 20 years. I love the doctors and the staff

Got my daughter in right away with no wait time at all. Everyone was so sweet and nice to my child and I. Definitely going back for future appointments!

Took my daughter in to get an allergy referral. We were not comfortable with wearing masks. The Masks were aggravating her asthma. There was no rudeness whatsoever. They told us we could do the appointment over the phone which we agreed to but I asked if we could just do it outside since it was a nice day. She agreed to that. A week later we got a letter saying they would no longer treat my three kids.

Do not recommend I will be getting a new doctors office as soon as possible I'm am not currently four days late on my prescription because they would not take it as a priority and refill it. We called all four days asking to speak with someone and to have it refilled and we were shut down and told that they would get the message over as soon as possible just to be told on the fourth day of calling that they can't refill me on my BIRTH CONTROL pill because I hadn't gotten blood work done that was for a completely different reason.

They told us the reason they couldn't get the message sooner to my doctor was because they where "under" staffed. I am very upset that we have been going back and forth for almost a week with no progress made to me. I've been on that medication for three months and was expecting to have my refills in when I needed them. I feel like where not being taken serious because it is not a "Necessary" medication and only a "contraceptive" even though I take it for completely different reason regarding that.

Been going here for 12 years since my son was little. They've been the dr for all my kids and do a great job and there isn't a lot of turn over so my son and daughter have had the same dr the entire time. Really great to have consistency of care and also great with my kids weather their sick or just a well child check up. In terms of the time limits a lot of other reviews post it's a doctors office. Yes sometimes we've had to wait but they give great care so I'm assuming they are doing it for everyone there

The front desk people are very mean when you call and ask questions this has happened every time i call or even in the office. i could not reschedule an appointment for my son and i was told that i will have to call back a week later. The only reason why i am giving them 2 stars is the doctors are very sweet. Most of the nurses not so much.

Dr Keefe is amazing with my girls. We usually don't wait long to be seen thankfully. The Doctor listens to all my questions and concerns and answers them. One of the doctors released my youngests tongue tie and did a great job in making sure the aftercare went well. They get us in right away for sick days. Dr Keefe is knowledgeable and understanding.

The doctors are good for the most part, but they cannot stick to a schedule to save their life. Not uncommon to sit in the waiting room. For more than an hour and then for another 30 - 45 minutes in the exam roo. Waiting to seen the doctor. The employees are very rude when it comes to making payments and often get very pushy by telling you what you will pay and when.
