I wrote a review of Dr Crovetti a month or two ago that wasn't so great because I heard the same thing from them that I heard from 3 other doctors, insurance denied my claims for gel injections in my knee. I spoke with insurance company and they insisted that isn't true. Turns out Crovetti, despite my very frustrated review and interactions with them, continued to try to get the insurance to go through.

Finally after giving in and giving up, a few weeks later I got an unexpected call that my injections were approved. I then was put on hold numerous times trying to find out what's going on. So I immediately contacted the office manager, Rebekka. She responded quickly and with all of the necessary information. She answered my questions and heard my complaints.

To explain further, the people there answer the phones and then put you on hold, then someone else picks up and says "can I help you?" Making me explain what I need numerous times in one call. They also never give their names, so you don't know who you are talking to. Now for the good: Rebekka straightened everything out and I have now had all 3 injections in my knee.

I am now happy with the service I get there. I'll be a patient for a long time to come because I am getting my knee replaced in November. So I am hoping that was the last of the issues I run into with the office. This is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. If they are consistent from here on, I will add a star. The doctors and nurse practitioner, Jen are all wonderful. Dr Crovetti is very personable and Jen is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Also my appointments are always on time so far, which is not what I can say for the other places I've been. My knee injections are done and I am hoping I will get some relief from them. I should know in a few weeks.

The surgery itself went great, but a year later you can expect to receive several letters at your home regarding money you owe even though you paid your "balance" in full prior to the surgery beginning. Now Crovetti and all his little "helpers" want to claim more money after the fact, almost an entire 12 months after the surgery has been completed even though my insurance already took care of everything.

I actually liked this place, but office staff is just as important to me as doctors. I went there in March paid my co pay thought all was well until this evening 2 months later I get a collection notice from a collection company. Really poor office management. I had no idea I had a balance above my co pay and now I'm in collections?! Not exactly a fair practice to hit someone's credit without any other attempt to let them know, and less than two months after their appointment. For that I give 1 star because that will not come off now even though I've taken care of it now that I actually know about it.

Dr. Kucera is fantastic and should get 5 stars. The only reason he does not get 5 stars is because his front office maybe the worst group of people, than any other medical office in town! Not sure why he puts up with it.

I was referred here for pain management. After 5 weeks I had 2 cancelled appointments for MRI, I was never given any expectations as it related to fmla and every time I ask about something, I get a response to the tune of you should know this. I was told by Sheri, that Dr Kucerra have her the OK to be the bad guy. Wow. Certainly going to consider a different provider and possible legal advice. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Dr. Michael Crovetti did my total left knee replacement on May 2021. He is very professional, smart, and kind doctor. He is very knowledgeable and explained my knee problem in a very simple manner that I could understand well. His medical staff, physical therapy team, and admin staff are the BEST. Thank you very much, Dr. Michael Crovetti and Team.

Dr Crovetti is the most caring doc in town. He is amazing. He was so prepared to take care of my knee, MRI, X-ray, great surgical skills, and the most caring staff. Once I came in with my problem, he had me evaluated and taken care of in no time. Amazing bedside manner, caring staff in the office, caring staff in the surgery center and amazing follow up. I would recommend him any day if the week. This is where my family will be taken care of if need in the future. Thank you Crovetti Orthopaedics.

Five and half years ago, Dr. Crovetti replaced my right knee, at the time my right knee was causing enough pain, I could not do the two things I love to do, cycle and ballroom dance. My knee surgery and recovery went so well, I was back on my bike after three months and started dancing shortly after. In January of 2020 I went in the hospital with shortness of breath, pneumonia and was diagnosed with staff infection in my left leg.

After arthroscopic surgery, I was released from the hospital with a catheter line for intravenous antibiotics. Completing this four week treatment, I called and made an appointment with Dr. Crovetti. During my exam Dr. Crovetti asked if I had a blood panel after completing the antibiotics. I stated none of the doctors in the hospital have followed up with me regarding the staff infection. Dr. Crovetti ordered two blood panels, 5 days apart, and noticed the inflammatory indicators were increasing. Dr. Crovetti then extracted some fluid from my right knee which when cultured, tested positive for staff infection. Dr. Crovetti told me to check into the hospital for a knee clean out surgery. Today, six months later I am writing this review infection free and with my original replacement knee.

Because Dr. Crovetti cared and acted on his experience and intuition, he saved my knee and possibly my life. I owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Crovetti, this man is not only a great surgeon and provides a great experience in his surgery suites after surgery, he cares about his patients. Dr. Crovetti, you are my hero.

I moved here in 2018 and it was extremely important that I find the right Pain doctor for my back! Doctor Kucera is the best! He is honest, professional, humorous and knows what he is doing. Great bed side manner too! I have to get pain injections off and on and his surgical team has the best customer service, they really take care of you! I highly recommend Crovetti Orthopaedics to ALL! I have seen Dr.s Crovetti, Pinegar and Kucera. Had right shoulder surgery done by Dr. Pinegar and a hip injection from Dr. Kucera. All 3 doctors were extremely kind, professional and listened to my concerns. The surgery center staff is amazing! The front office staff has always been very nice and helpful. The medical assistants to the doctors are just as amazing. I have never had an issue. Would highly recommend going here.

My wife had her knee replaced here. Considering I will be needing the same, I know where I will be going! Let's just say, you won't be hungry if you have to be here! Holy smokes! The food they serve here is great. Example.1 1/2 inch thick burger that is awesome! A pizza with thick cut pepperoni and sausage on a crispy crust that is soft and bready inside. All this great food to compliment an extremely skilled surgeon and a thorough and professional office staff. CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY

5 stars doesn't even come close to expressing my gratitude to Dr Crovetti and staff. I needed a total knee replacement and from the moment I scheduled the surgery with Dr Crovetti I felt taken care of. I came in the day of surgery and was a tinge nervous. The staff made me feel more at ease and I felt immediately confident in my decision. Dr Crovetti is a wonderful surgeon that you can speak with easily and you know he cares.

The staff is caring, funny, professional and helpful. The food, what can I say about the food. Wow, I will say this; I had to remind myself I was here for surgery instead of a 5star all inclusive resort. It wasn't just surgery, it was an experience that I would highly recommend to anyone needing his services. Thank you Dr Crovetti and staff.

For reference, I'm a nurse. I come from a family of physicians. I've run a practice of 3,000 patients for many years. Twice I've been turned away from Crovetti Orthopedics, for what I had hoped could be consultation appointments, because I needed testing (expensive MRI's) first. It took me two weeks to get in, and when I got in I was turned away because the doctor wouldn't see me.

I needed an MRI to assess my needs, but I wanted to ask questions before I had another MRI. During appointments you can feel the rushed energy of the office and tight schedule. It's not how I would or have treated patients. Suggestions: If you're booking two weeks out, screen your clients a week before to see why they're coming so you can make sure they've completed all the tests they need before they come in.

Create appointments that are consultation only. If you don't have time, hire a PA/NP to answer questions you don't have time for. Use zoom/face time calling instead of in office visits so people don't drive there and get turned away. Thanks.

I chose Dr. Crovetti for my hip replacement surgery because my friends were pleased with his results and he took the time to explain the procedure to me and answer all of my questions in the initial consultation. On the day of surgery, he arrived early to answer any remaining questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible. My surgery and recovery was quick and as expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Crovetti for both his technical skills and his compassion.
