Our Crossville, Tennessee office is at 3234 Miller Avenue (Hwy 392), between Highway 127 South and Dayton Avenue. From downtown Crossville: go south on Highway 127 about 1.2 miles to Miller Avenue (stoplight #1), then turn left. Plateau Pediatrics is about 0.4 miles on the right. Note: Many older map data sets (such some online maps and GPS devices) do not list the Miller Avenue extension between Highway 127 and I-40. Be sure you have the most up-to-date map set if you are using a GPS device to find our office.
When you make your appointment, be sure to let our receptionist know the nature of your visit (sports physical, ear pain, a rash, second opinion, etc.) Also, please let us know at the time you make your appointment if you have several questions or concerns, or if you want more than one child checked.

I love the practice as a whole doctor Dr. Lauren has always went above and beyond for our children and so have the other stuff members. I really wish I could give 5 stars. However, We have been showing up at the time of our appointments for over two years. (Without issue) I am a disabled Mama so my kids father takes off for appointments. I got up this morning got myself & two year old ready & because my two month who the appointment was for was taking longer then usual to eat we couldn't be seen today.
I could've been there in in 4 minutes literally. My appointment was at 8:30 I called at 8:24 and said we we're running late if they want you there 15 minutes before they should make that clear. my appointment card said 8:30. So now we have another appointment next week. So another off day.

I was recently there with my daughter and they were amazing with her and answered every question I had. I didn't have a appointment and I came in close to time for them to close and they still saw her and never once did I see, hear, or felt like I was a burden for coming in so late! I am so glad I chose this practice to take care of my kids.the doctors.nurse practitioners.nurses.and staff are all amazing. I haven't met a rude one yet!

Plateau Pediatrics has taken care of me for the last 15-16 years and have even taken me in on holidays when I was sick. They are some of the nicest doctors and nurses you will ever meet, and they treat you like family. They'll even pray for you at the end. No doctors office I know of cares about their patients as much as Plateau Pediatrics and I would recommend anyone to take their children there.
