Dr. Arboleda received his medical degree at the Universidad Central del Ecuador in Quito, Ecuador. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the State University of New York - Downstate Medical Center at Brookdale Hospital.

During the first visit, we make sure to learn important background information, like your medical history, and give you the time to get to know Dr. Arboleda. You can even save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
If you are an existing patient in our office, we have a free online service available called the "Patient Portal." This will be assigned to you during your office visit. You must have a permanent email address that you check consistently. Use is limited to non-emergency communication and requests primarily involving reviewing lab results, prescription refill requests, requesting appointments and staff messages.
