This place only cares about money after 2 skin removals that Dr gharib said they be no scar or very small ones they worse than they were before my wife went in I would not recommend this place to anyone and they definitely won't work with u on any billing I can see they must affiliated with Mon health explains why go elsewhere

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Maouad. I've been seeing her for years. She is extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job at explaining treatment options and making her patients feel comfortable (my kids love seeing her too). Highly recommend!

I love Dr. Ghareeb and Monique Bandy. They are so friendly and want you to be comfortable, during any painful procedure. I can't say enough good things about them! They bring a fresh atmosphere to the Clinic!

I have been to a lot of doctor's appointments lately and always leave feeling like the doctor is rushing to get on to the next patient before they even see me. Dr. Gharib did not do this. She actually asked me how I was doing and seemed to care before even asking me why I was there. She devoted her time and attention to me and actually listened. Its something as simple as this that I appreciate so much as this is hard to come by anymore.

I absolutely love going to this dermatology center and by far the best one I have ever been to. I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Maouad is the most caring, kind, patient, loving doctor with excellent bedside manner. The staff is absolutely amazing and so kind. Everyone there makes you feel so welcomed and makes you feel like family. I love not feeling rushed and they are sincere with you.

I recommend this place to everyone. Actually, I even recommended this place to my mom and now she is also a patient there as well. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing place and such amazing people because people/doctors like this are hard to come by. Thank you Dr. Maouad and staff for being so amazing. Xoxo. I visited Dr. Rola Gharib on Wednesday May 12 and I felt completely dismissed and my concerns were not addressed. I wanted to checked out for hair loss concerns and Dr. Gharib barely looked at my scalp. There are numerous tests she could have performed and she didn't she just combed through my hair for 1 minute and stepped back. I paid $75 for this visit and I got absolutely nothing out of it. Save your money and go to another doctor.

I needed an appointment urgently and they were able to fit me in the same day! The Dr. spent over 20 min with me discussing the laundry list of issues that I had, explaining each one and her thought process and reasoning behind each. I even suggested an interest in a very expensive treatment that they offer, and she recommended against it for my situation.

Very professional. Very personable. Took her time with me and waited to see if I had any more questions. I have ongoing skin issues and have been to many dermatologists in town, this is by-far the BEST overall experience.

Really terrible experience with this dermatologist. As with everyone else, I thought their support staff was exceptionally subpar, at best. As for the Dr., also very poor. Never touched or even got close enough to see what was wrong with my skin. She also managed to add in the fact that wearing a hoodie and leggings was "lazy" and "why would you wear that when you have nice clothes?" Well, it was 12 degrees and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to be there in the morning. Last, but not least, her staff had me enter in all of my information for reminders via text, email, and call, yet I never received any information about my next appointment.

I assumed, naively, that the appointment had just been cancelled after not hearing back for almost 4 months. Many of the best offices in Morgantown call not once, but twice to remind and confirm. DISAPPOINTED.

Had my first visit here about a month ago. Pro- receptionist was very friendly, waiting room calming, inviting and clean. Con- the nurse practitioner I saw wasn't flat out rude just completely unfriendly. There was also no attempt at preventative care. No discussion about what could be causing my skin problems or at home ways to prevent. The medicine that was prescribed to me was $500!. after insurance and after a rebate card. Asked for something generic and cheaper, .$150! How is that affordable for your average person? Clearly tried to push a specific product that they had ties with. Won't be returning.

I have visited this office several times over the years for various reasons. Staff is very very friendly, and I always enjoyed going, until today. Front desk was great, staff was awesome as usual, yet when the Dr. came in, she shook my hand and introduced herself as if we had never met. She was unfriendly and acted as if she just didn't want to deal with my issue. I will be looking for another dermatologist in the area.
