Dr. Batti is very kind and gentle. The staff and nurses are very polite and friendly. I was really nervous to have my child undergo an adenoidectomy. I truly appreciate that Dr. Batti left her tonsils alone. He did not push an unnecessary additional procedures since hers looked perfectly normal. The process was straight forward and the actual procedure was very quick. My daughter is breathing easier and sleeping better, thank you Dr. Batti!

Check in at the office was efficient and safety conscious. Dr. Klarsfeld as always, listened carefully to my concerns and did an examination. Professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.exactly what I would expect from this Doctor and his practice!

This place is an absolute nightmare. My surgeon made a mistake and the blame has been put back on me. I followed her instructions exactly. The nurse manager, I kid you not, yesterday said to me that it doesn't matter when stitches are taken out, that it makes no difference when stitches are removed. They will say anything to cover one of their doctor's mistakes.

I called requesting an explanation as to why stitches had been left in my neck for more than twice as long as they were supposed to be, and the nurse manager gave me so much attitude and was angry with me for even asking. I still was given no reason. She said to me they're out now so why am I calling. And this is the manager saying this. I have every right to know why my procedure was mishandled, what happened and why.

Instead the blame is being put back on me, when they are the ones who made my appointment! I trusted that they made the correct appointment because I heard the plastic surgeon tell the scheduler. I have no medical background so I trusted my doctor. It wasn't until after being questioned by multiple people as to why I waited so long did I realize that they made a mistake.

It wasn't until after I had my appointment 16 days after my stitches were put in my neck that I found out my stitches were supposed to be taken out after about a week. It was already too late. I asked the nurse and her reply is it's ok with no explanation and no response other than it's ok. No it's not ok and I deserve an answer.

Dr. Klarsfeld is the best. Change my breathing completely! Great guy and amazing doctor!

I won't be back. Two visits in the course of 6 weeks to see 2 different doctors. Both visits I sat in the examine room for 50 min, not the waiting room but the examine room. Most recent, Dr Bloch is rude and snotty. He didn't look me in the eye, stayed behind his laptop screen and talked to the keyboard not to me. He did not apologize for the wait and then seemed inpatient when I asked a few questions. Now, I see why it is so easy to get an appointment. They treated me like a was on an assembly line, just to collect the fee. I won't be back

I would NOT recommend this place ever. I went to Dr. Batti. He told me I had reflux, sent me for a xray and told me to come back for a follow up to get my results. When he BARELY told me my results, he tried to push me off to another specialist. I asked 1 question regarding my results (which is the reason I was there) he did not answer and told me I needed to see a gastro specialist for those answers, even though that is the reason I had this appointment!

He spent about 2 minutes with me before rushing me out and showed no compassion or care. Worst dr experience I have EVER had! DO NOT go here! (office staff was great, Dr was terrible).

Terrific staff and caring nurses! I am a patient of Dr. Stacey June and cannot emphasize how incredible she is. She truly cares for her patients and has changed my life for the better. Thank you, Dr. June!

I had a tummy tuck, liposuction of the flanks and the abdomen area and the fat that they extracted was placed on my breasts (Breast grass lifting). I am very happy with my new figure I look like I looked 10 years ago again. The pre or post operative process was excellent. I had no complications, no infections. I was able to handle the pain very well. Excellent office and surgical center staff. The Doctor's nurse is excellent, super friendly, polite, she makes you feel like the most special person.

Dr Klarsfeld is the best! He makes you feel comfortable, at ease, no sugar coating. Best side manners are excellent ( which most surgeons are not ) the staff are as equally nice. I'm so thrill with my results and I'm able to breath again like he promised. Highly recommend him.

Took 2 faxes to finally call me to tell me they don't see patients from my town (literally the next town over from once of their offices). Confused yet?
