Our newest location at Paulding Hospital is open for Wednesday appointments with Ashvin Kamath MD and Hema Sheelvanth MD The office located at 144 Bill Caruth Parkway, Suite 1400 Hiram, GA 30141 can be accessed through the main entrance of Paulding Hospital. Our medical practice specializes in nephrology (diseases of the kidney) and hypertension (high blood pressure).
Services
Our Marietta office is located in the KENNESTONE PHYSICIANS' CENTER at 55 WHITCHER STREET next to KENNESTONE HOSPITAL. We are in Suite #460. If possible, park on the BLUE level of the parking garage (Level P-5). This will put you on the entrance level to our building. If you park on another level, you must take the parking garage elevators to the BLUE/P-5 level to enter our building. Once you enter our building, you will turn left. Go through the double doors and continue to the elevators. Take the elevators to the 4th floor.
Our Woodstock Office is located in the South Cherokee Medical Center at 120 Stonebridge Parkway, Suite #410 in Woodstock. New patients, who have not downloaded and completed the New Patient Packet located under the patient center tab on this webiste, should arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment to allow adequate time to process the paperwork. If your insurance requires a co-payment, we do collect your co-payment at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
We have attempted to provide flexible office hours to accommodate patient needs and to minimize waiting times. Because of our commitment to patients in the hospital, individual physician hours in the office vary. There is someone in the office to answer telephone calls from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except holidays.

First doctor was a little helpful but when I needed more help on my BP they ghosted me. Primary Doct suggested I try another doctor there but when I called was pretty much told " were are busy go away" My primary doct even called and they said they would mail me a card in Oct which never happened. Doctors seem good but office staff is rude

Dr. Vijay Nath is an excellent doctor and has a great bedside manner. He goes out of his way to answer all questions and never makes one feel like the question is unintelligent. He is very reassuring and concerned. He knows your chart well before he walks in the room ( many doctors do not seem to do this) and, therefore, his evaluation is based on your history and not just on the current issue. Also, he is not looking at a computer the majority of the time you are answering his questions. He is very attentive and notices the slightest hesitation to make certain you feel free to tell him anything. I highly recommend Dr Nath without reservation.

I can only comment on my doctor. Dr. Sandeep Jaglan. Very professional, knows his profession, very personable. He doesn't treat me like just another patient, he genuinely cares about my well being. I see him at the Austell location but unfortunately for me he will be moving to the Marietta office soon. It's too far from me. You would be lucky to have him.

Dr Himot of Ga Kidney has as much concern for his patients as a dead cold fish. In my first encounter with him, he did not even acknowledge the conversation was over, rather he simply turned his back and walked off. Even his nurse seemed surprised at the abrupt end to our conversation. I had additional questions that went unanswered as a result of the sudden end to our conversation. I am told he is very intellectual perhaps as an explanation for his bedside manner. He is certainly old enough to know better.
