Went in for a breast reduction consult. I was so nervous (about the whole process, being exposed, photographed, even the conversation), but the entire staff (from the front office staff to the doctor) were so friendly and kind and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Lazzaro explained the entire process, options, potential outcomes.everything. I felt like we were old friends by the time I left & any unease I felt was completely gone.
