Had a really great experience. Only downside is it is hard to get a hold of someone when you call, it's hit or miss to get a hold of someone right away. I was running late and when I finally got a hold of someone, the girl was so nice on the phone and directed me where to go and stayed on the phone until I got to the door. The girls were all so nice and welcoming.

I did not feel any judgement. Everyone I talked to took their time to answer my questions and talked me through everything and made sure I understood everything before I left. Thank you!

This place is awesome, wonderful environment with kind people, I was so comfortable throughout the whole process they made sure I had everything I needed and made sure to keep me informed about everything! If needed I'll be sure to recommend to place to someone.

The lady that answered the phone was very rude won't be going there until they get new staff

I want to start by stating I am extremely grateful this office exists as I was able to receive safe and effective services when in need. This being my first time in need of such services I was extremely nervous. That said, I was disappointed to find how unfriendly almost every staff member I dealt with was. From the front desk receptionist in office to the consultation nurse to the ones who were with me during my procedure. all were cold and not welcoming.

During a time when you're feeling a bit insecure and vulnerable these women showed no empathy. Especially the two who were in the procedure room with me. I will say there were TWO nurses in the recovery area who were amazing and extremely kind as well as the one nurse who took my vitals when I first arrived. To the rest of the staff, I understand your day to day is challenging and I appreciate all you do however some compassion towards your patients would really go a long way. Again, I am beyond grateful for the successful procedure but in terms of friendliness. this is not a place I would recommend to anyone with other options.

I love Hartford GYN, they truly care about their patients. I receive my expected price for my appointment over the phone prior to every visit so I know what to expect. They work with you and your insurance, and the staff and doctors are warm and knowledgeable. This place is doing so much good for our community by being friendly, helpful and clear. Quality and hassle-free women's medical care can be hard to come by, but it can be found here!

My girlfriend and I were shocked and scared to find out that she was pregnant. The staff at Delaware County Women's Center was amazing all around. The place was a little busier than I would have liked however I think it's because this happens to a lot of people and they're clearly very good at what they do.

The staff is nice but don't trust their ultra sound or the doctor who reads them, they provide false information and when confronted they blame you. Trust me have a second opinion prior to going here. They took our money and provided us with a dummy ultra sound or the tech didn't know what she was doing and the doctor signed off on the ultra sound but either way through my own doctors I found out this place is not lagit.
