These dr. Performed surgery on my mother 14 of Oct. My mother went back to ER due to the same pain from a pinched nerve that was supposed to away with surgery, they have been giving my mother the run around having her sit at the hospital just giving her morphine no explanation as to why she still has pain, even after having an MRI dongle that took them 2 days to do l, every time I call assistants number goes straight to voicemail yes he did block our number and I can confirm it because i called from my work phone and calls go through perfectly, which is very unprofessional, disrespectful overall malpractice, avoid this place, Inconsiderate avoid this place at all cost. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

Dr. Khamsi was very clear and has been very clear of my treatment. I am so glad I was referred to Haider Spine Center. It has helped me knowing that the doctor has taken his time to explain the surgery procedures and my recovery after that. Staff members have done an excellent job. They are courteous and promptly with all my needs. It's so hard to find a facility that have both doctors and staff that care. At Haider Spine Center I found both things. Dr. Khamsi is amazing. Very much recommend this Center.

They don't accept you as a patient if you hurt yourself such as falling off a ladder at home or falling off your bicycle. None of the surgeons in the inland empire do so it's best not to call them at all and not to support them. Take your business to LA or Orange County where they are better equipped to help. This is typical inland empire culture. Not surprised but disappointing.

As a new patient I requested a neurosurgeon and they admitted to scheduling an orthopedic surgeon instead. The reasons they gave me was the orthopedic surgeon schedule had openings. Doctors rushed through appointments and did not clearly explain things. I had lots of questions and they appeared annoyed and dismissive. I had to convince the front office that I was not prescribed any medications, when they tried to give me someone else prescription. Doctor's said they requested Physical Therapy (PT) for me, however, I called after a month and was told the request was not submitted due being short staffed and backed up. It's two months later and the request from this center for PT was not placed. Disgusted with the negligence of this place towards patients.

I had a great experience with Dr Cramer from 2009 with my back Surgery the only problem why my back didn't get healed was all my fault. I went back to work way too soon I had to care for 5 dependents two children and two parents and a brother. I could not be off for work that long and had to be on my foot in 2weeks

Good afternoon My experience with DR Kenzie on my past surgery, It was successful. Thank god for his hands and staff that help in my spine surgery, I can continue walking and trying to do my life again it's hard sometimes because when we are in older age our bones are not the same but we could do life normally in a different way but I can do this so I can thank to my DR that did my surgery on my spine and staff surgeon. If you are on disability and have been requested by disability to be examined by this facility to further extend your claim, I highly advise against going to these hired shot gun doctors! They do not care about you and are in it solely for the money. The doctor released me to go back to work. I have been waiting for surgery to be approved by my orthopedic doctor, I had my paperwork in hand and tried to show him.
He didn't care and just brushed me off. Didn't bother asking what my work duties are, didn't ask me if the job accommodates light duty, which they don't. 1 minute the exam lasted. I'm a heavy wheel mechanic on a military installation. My days are 14 hours long with repetitive walking lifting and climbing two story equipment. A 500 lb arm bar crushed me and tore my labrum in my hip socket.
But according to this poor excuse of a doctor, I'm able to do my job full duty! Not that he even bothers to ask. My God have mercy on your soul. the good news is that I have been working towards getting surgery approved with my lawyer for over 2 years now. He will surely be hearing from my lawyer very soon for Negligence, and malpractice.

Office wait time are long. Worth the wait from what I hear. Suppose to schedule and talk to their surgery scheduler, after appointment. 10 minutes later was call and told that she didn't have time today and would call me in the morning. Never received that call. Will not have doctor Cramer do my surgery at this point, no matter how good he is. Only as good as the weakest link, they have quite a few weak links.
