Well third time and final time there. Expecting more ended up getting a PA not a Doctor. I'm done!

This is a review for the Nashua office. I had the worst experience with this practice and the doctor that did my operation at SNMC. Day of surgery he is 2.5 hours late arriving to the OR. At first the nurse did that he was running late with another surgery then comes back to apologize and says the doctor just left his house and and should be there in an hour.

When he shows up he doesn't even have the decency to say sorry I was late. In past op he didn't even come in before I was discharged. Two weeks later I go to the Nashua office for my follow up appointment and the last at the front desks says sorry the doctor needs to reschedule my appointment. Needless to say at this point I mentioned to her that I will not be rescheduling. This guy was the worst doctor I have ever dealt with absolutely zero bedside manners and could care less about his patients.

My fiance scheduled a consultation appointment for his vasectomy and the day of his consultation, they cancelled his appointment and didn't bother to tell him until he showed up. They rescheduled for the following day and he went to that appointment with no problems. They scheduled his vasectomy and cancelled it with the reason that the doctor has emergency surgery.in 5 days.

We called the office and the people couldn't get their story straight as to why the appointment was cancelled so I just told him that we will go somewhere else where they value their patients and truthfulness. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy taking a day off of work just for them to cancel your appointment when you show up and then lie to you about why it was cancelled. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This office is terrible. I never write reviews but this office is just so bad, it was worth the time. The office never read my patient file before I arrived and was not prepared for my visit. The doctor was unpleasant. The front desk sent a threatening voicemail about a referral which I have never heard of any office doing. It is worth the additional drive time to go elsewhere

Only because zero stars wasn't an option. Waited 1.5 hours for a 10 minute procedure. Three men checked in and blew out in that time- two because their appointments were scheduled for different days (according to receptionist) and a third because he waited for an hour and had to leave for another appt. One of the gentleman who the receptionist said arrived on the wrong day played the voicemail for the receptionist- who starkly said "well there is nothing I can do about that misunderstanding.

When would you like to reschedule?" ZERO patient confidentiality- I could tell you the names, birthdates, address and insurance providers of every patient today. (And there has been about 20.). Seriously folks- look elsewhere. Has to be better out there.

Only because zero stars wasn't an option. Least helpful and knowledgeable people in all of healthcare. Zero patient service. 10/10 do not recommend

So happy to have had a great experience from the Urology team. They never missed a beat. The courtesy from the receptionist to the ride out of the hospital was excellent. I have had lot's of stay's at different hospitals but this one's the best. I live 40 minutes away and I'll definitely come back to get top notch care from these Drs and nurses any day. Thank you for treating me like family.

First they performed a cystoscopy on me without warning me how very painful the procedure would be. The Lidocaine does nothing! Then I got what turned out to be a urinary tract infection (UTI) just days later, my first one in 65 years. It's sadly ironic that I had to go to a urologist to get a UTI. Despite my repeated calls to their office (during business hours, over the course of two days) to discuss my symptoms and arrange for a urinalysis, they never put a nurse on the phone and never called me back, despite promising to do so.

During one of my calls, the phone just rang and rang without even being answered. After about ten minutes I gave up. I finally had to go to my primary care doc to get my UTI diagnosed and treated. I won't be going back to Manchester Urology. When I called to tell them, and cancel my future appointments, the woman I spoke with said she'd make a note of it and that someone would call me back to discuss my dissatisfaction. It's been over a week now and, as expected, nobody from their office has called.

My husband and I went here on 4/6/21 for a surgical consult. After reading the reviews, we were both expecting some rudeness / poor experiences. However, every single person we interacted with was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. From the lady who took our temperatures, the 3 ladies at the check-in desk, the nurse, the doctor, the two ladies in scheduling, and the lady at checkout - ALL were very friendly and we both agreed that it was a wonderful experience. I'm very sorry if other people didn't have a good experience, but we certainly did, and wanted to share.

I recently had a urgent visit with MUA and I was extremely happy with the staff. The nursing staff called me right back after my initial call and set me up to see a doctor. The support staff got me in for a 3 pm urgent visit to see my doctor. I got right in to see the doctor and he completed his exam and prescribed me with medications. This exam only took about 45 minutes TOTAL.

The office support staff was extremely professional. nice, helpful, friendly, results orientated and set me at ease, because I thought that I would have to go to the hospital. I really think MUA derives high praise for the way they handled my issue. THANK YOU MUA
