Jason and everyone were so knowledgeable and very caring and compassionate, which is needed when a patient comes in somewhat scared, not knowing how well they'll be able to do. They assure their patients that everything is going to be ok, and that they will once again be functional and able to enjoy life again!

Patrick and Jason are very professional and work diligently to help return me to full health. I've experienced amazing results in only 3 visits. They designed a program to fit my specific needs and work with me to make sure I understand each exercise. Am 100% pleased with every aspect of my rehab and recommend them to anyone needing rehab services

The team of Physical Therapists at The Orthopedic Clinic are hands down the best! My personal therapist was Jason Shropshire and he helped me immensely in a short period of time do things that others may have deemed impossible. The entire group has this amazing work dynamic that you can only get if everyone genuinely cares about their job and the people they service. Five stars is not nearly enough, more like a million stars! They definitely set the bar high for other therapist around the area.

If I could give these doctor no stars I would-try to make a long story short; my 66 year old mother broke her leg and needed surgery. I made her an appointment with a specific doc and told them that she should NOT EVER see Dr. "name withheld" I get there to meet her and find that she is in the exam room with the doctor I specifically stated that she should NOT see.
She had a stroke 2 days later before the surgery could be done and landed at God awful EAMC. this doctor performed a botched surgery then released her to another surgeon within the same practice. Doctor #2 didn't know what to do so here we go to doctor #3 within the same practice who is supposed to be an orthopedic surgeon who suggested amputation of all things because it would take 2 to 3 more surgeries to fix it (which they claimed they could) but it would take at least a year of recovery. 1st of all my mother is not a diabetic and has no circulatory issues to make anyone assume an amputation would be necessary or even considered. Blatant disregard for my relatively young mother's future quality of life when only one surgery had been done and less than aggressive physical therapy.
What they were really saying is "Well, since you only have Medicare and no secondary insurance we will get paid more to just say f.k it and chop that foot off, " Very angry, hurt and disgusted and would never recommend anyone in that practice to anyone.not even the devil himself.

Great professional staff, but the lady taking payments today was horrible. For me, this is like having a beautiful window with a rock thrown through it. Why put people in the front office that can't make any eye contact or genuinely try to answer simple questions. I left feeling far less than a human being. #attitudebentoutofshape
