The staff was nice, but after stye removal surgery I got a cornea scratch that was painful. Dr. Green was my surgeon and he showed no concern. Although I was in pain I was not given any pain medicine and eventually I had to go to urgent care and pay another co pay to get a shot for pain and get my eye covered. The after care from Dr. Green was horrible so I would not recommend him.

We felt the warmth and welcoming environment the moment we entered the facility. From the receptionist to all the staff we encountered until the end of visit, our experience was totally awesome. I can not remember all the names of everyone but they know who they are, and made our initial evaluation for surgery very pleasant. Dr Vasuki and his team are the best!

The Front desk lady named Cindy is rude. They don't explain the forms to be signed or initialed. I had to ask for them to explain the forms to my mother. They lie on who the officer manager is and then the office manager tries to dismiss the incident with the front desk lady name Cindy who lied on who the officer managers name was. Then I was told by the officer manager well we just see to many people here as if their patients aren't important.
I asked her how she would feel if it happened to her mother and her response was "well I would of had my mother call me". Not the fact that no phone call was made nor the the emergency contact was not contacted. She even said well all this over a phone call. Dismissive over the fact that her receptionist lied about making the call or that she lied on who the office manager was.

A friend of mine referred me here. I called and made an appointment, ( they were about a month out) when I spoke with the lady to make that appointment she didn't tell me I had to go else where and get my glasses ( been wearing glasses for 30 years, always done everything all at one place) so when I showed up to my appointment the lady at the front was very rude when I asked to look at the glasses they have to choose from (my first time using this place) she says "well I can reschedule you to the other location in florence" I was like no ma'am it took me a month to get this appointment.
She was like "well here full this out and bring it back when you're done!" My appointment was at 1:30pm I was there ten minutes early. I didn't get called back until around 3pm. Ugh! Once I was back there the staff was super apologetic about the customer service I received at the front. I couldn't have asked for better people. I most definitely will be back (I scheduled my next appointment)!

I saw Dr. Vivek Vasuki nearly a year ago. My wife saw him today. We both were impressed with him. Other than a long wait for me (to be expected most of the time in many practices) it was an amazing experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Vasuki! Skilled and knowledgeable, great personality, took his time to explain things no other doctor ever has. We are grateful for Dr. Vasuki!

I went to this location after having a very bad experience with Stokes Regional Eye Center, also located in Florence. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this place was going to be much better. I was helped immediately and since it was my first visit with a surgical consultation, I had to fill out the expected forms. While I was doing that, there were processing all of my insurance information and verifying benefits.
They did this in a very efficient manner. A few minutes later, I was moved to another waiting area which was almost full. Despite the large number of people, they were moving people into exam rooms and staging areas at a very impressive pace. Every person I dealt with was very kind, professional and seemed to be genuinely concerned for my well-being.
As a random universe sort of occurrence, while I was waiting to see Dr. Vasuki, the fire alarms sounded and we all had to evacuate the building. It was 99 degrees outside and there was a crowd of patients waiting to see what would happen and when they could be seen. At that point, the staff started doing what I consider to be above and beyond customer service.
Office staff, technicians, even doctors and the surgical team started bringing out chairs and water for the patients. I saw doctors talking with patients and doing everything they could to assist in this circumstance which was beyond their control. I opted to come back later because of another appointment and I left my name with one of the staff members. Within less than 2 hours, they called me back and booked me with an appointment the next morning. I have never been more impressed with a medical practice.
