The Springs Urgent Care on 54 is horrible. The front desk receptionist is incredibly rude and aggressive. I took my three month old in to be seen for congestion (no fever or anything emergent) and was turned away due to her age, which is fine because I understand the reason behind it. However, the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude about it.

She was hateful towards me before I even explained why I was needing to be seen, in fact I didn't even get to explain why I was there before she told me to leave. I would hate for someone else that is sick and needing assistance to be treated that way. I will never give them any of my business and I will make sure to tell everyone I meet to seek care somewhere else.

I called and left a complaint with the practice manager but seeing that they have a 2 star rating they probably already know about the issue and are not willing to do anything about it. It's a real shame because every other office that I've been to at The Springs had caring and compassionate staff.

Desk lady was rude. Most of the nurses are unprofessional. Doctor's and RNs seem to just want you out without trying to actually find what's aleing you. Won't be going there again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I really wish I would have read the reviews before telling my husband to go there. He has a tooth that needs pulled and we have had a hard time getting an appointment that isn't a month away. He doesn't eat or sleep and it's affecting everything. He has been struggling keeping up at work. He is the only one working right now and has 3 children and a baby.

He has to work. We can't afford time off. So- knowing they can't exactly pull the tooth, I figured they could help him with the pain and swelling. No. Not at all. I understand no one wants to prescribe narcotics but there are other pain medications out there. Anything is better than him taking 12-15 Tylenols a day. Just like others have said- they wanted him out.

They didn't care. I'm sure we are not the only family that has gone thru this and that is down right sad. Not everyone is a drug seeker. There is such thing as pain. 1. Treat people with respect and don't make assumptions. 2. Find a different profession if you don't like helping / healing the sick. 3. If you care to notice all the negative reviews about your clinic - you should probably respond to them and resolve some issues.

Everyone was very nice and polite. Got me right on in and got me taken care of. Randy was very nice and took his time to explain things to me and sincerely was concerned about me. Thank you everyone for the great care. If you want kindness you have to give kindness. Too often health care gets bad reps and it is mostly due to how you treat others. Be kind to all health care workers and each other. These are some difficult times we are living in.

These people are beyond negligible in their alleged "care". I was chastised for having my own crutches, for not seeing my primary for an EMERGENCY and had to beg for X-rays. I got a call back from the LPN when it was shown I had 2 broken bones in my ankle and 1 in my knee.(I also have 2 broken bones in my foot, BUT they didn't order scans of my VERY OBVIOUSLY injured FOOT). Was told to go to the orthopedist the next day and that my scans would be there.

They WERE NOT BECAUSE THE SPRINGS IS PRIVATELY OWNED. When I called and asked to pick up my X-rays they said it would be 2 hours and claimed the ortho was lying. Got there and they said I'd have to go to the lab across the parking lot and the chubby curly haired brunette "person" yelled at me that the ortho was lying. Went to their lab and was told I had to go to the hospital to get my records. FINALLY get to see the ortho and find out The Springs never ordered an X-ray for my foot.

I'm in a boot, a splint and scheduled for a CAT SCAN after being dismissed by The Springs LPN and personal. These are THE MOST INCOMPETENT AND UNCARING group of SO CALLED medical professionals I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. They need to be shut down for malpractice. Cell phone cameras/videos are incredible and intangible EVIDENCE!

I've been sitting here in the waiting room for over an hour and I do understand there is a wait. But the way these lady are talking to people is unreal. Do they think people want to come to the place. No people get sick. If you did want to help people find another job.

Waited over an hour and a half for a "rapid" Covid test. Lady at the front desk was an absolute jerk and tried to persuade me not to get one. Egregiously mismanaged and inefficient. 0/10 stars.

I have been attempting to resolve an issue since January '21! I have a credit balance on my account since they charged a copay when my insurance paid the claim in full. I have called and left multiple messages with Jason and not gotten a return call. I did talk to him once and he confirmed my credit balance and said I would receive a check the following Thursday.

Still nothing. Then I called my insurance company and they confirmed that the claim was paid in full and that I didn't owe anything. The insurance company called and talked to Jason and got the same story. Still no check. I have since left a message for the managing Physician and still not gotten a callback. I have been a longtime patient of theirs, but I will not return to this practice.

Called to check times for COVID testing around 4:15pm. The receptionist told us that they would likely be closing "early" due to the high volume of patients that day and that we should "hurry up" if we wanted to get a test. Turns out, the testing site closes at 4:00pm daily, so "hurrying up" wouldn't really do us much good anyway. If a business doesn't even know its own standard hours of operation, I can only imagine how haphazard the medical attention is.

I have over the last 12 years used Urgent Care at the Springs. Never had a problem ever. Today I cut two fingers on a hedge trimmer, I grabbed s clean towel, wrapped it up and drove to Urgent care assuming I'd get medical attention pronto. I was bleeding badly and was told there were 62 pts ahead of me waiting for a rapid covid test and I should go to the hospital.

I had a hard time processing what was being told to me. Isn't a pt bleeding more Urgent and in need of immediate attention over patients that weren't proactive enough in the first place to get the free vaccine? I will say a staff member at least bandaged me to prevent more blood dropping every where. I have NEVER EVER written a bad review because typically I follow the rule of if you can't say something nice. say nothing.

I realise the medical profession has been stretched to the max and I'm sorry with all my heart for all working during such difficult timed. A bad judgment call IMO was made turning a patient in need of URGENT CARE was made by this office. I received fast, attentive, compassionate care at the minor emergency at the Health Park.
