I made an appointment here because I had a pain in my side and because I was getting dizziness. I wanted to be checked out I told that to the receptionist when scheduling my appointment. First off it took forever to get them on the phone. Then I went to my appointment with a new doctor Brent and he did blood pressure and asked some questions and dismissed me with no further help or explanation.

I said hold on aren't you going to check my blood and urine? He said he had to go because he is behind and said a patient waiting and I'll have to get that checked another time. Hello? This is why I came here in the first place totally waste of my time! I specifically said I needed blood and urine tests done and got NOTHING done. I still don't feel well and now have to find a new doctor. So if you want to be aggravated and waste your time go to this doctors office.

Perhaps the rudest front desk I've ever met interacted with. Worse than the DMV. Don't answer their phones and treat you like garbage when you come in to see them. Going to consider dropping my Dr over my experience.

I will never go back to this place because I just came in to do a physical and they always get you with additional labs you didn't request and then a month later you receive the surprise by mail that you have to pay. They also made me wait for a long time before my appointment.

There is absolutely ZERO patient care with this place. My wife has been waiting 2 days to have her results analyzed, while she waits in pain. She has called several times to be put on hold for 30+ minutes only to be hung up on. This has happened multiple times. She was told that the DR would receive an Urgent message to contact her, and then was later told that message was never given.

After 2 days of trying to get ahold of the DR. she was finally told that, Doctors no longer give results over the phone and she would have to come in. When time is important to start medication, this place would rather make money on an in person visit than doing what's right and getting the patient help right away. Do yourself and your family a favor and go else where.

This place is awful! If possible I would give it 0 stars. On top of being on hold for 45 mins to make an appointment this morning. Once you get here they ask you call to check in from your car, got to the parking lot and called 5 mins before the apt and they didn't pick up until 15 after the appointment time. Once they answered they couldn't find my apt in the system.

Beyond unprofessional, I don't have one good thing to say about this place. And they can't use COVID an excuse because they were just as bad before. They have just gotten way to big for their own good. Was with my doctor since it was Summer set Health, and those doctors at least knew your name and took the time to talk and care about you health. Now your just a number they've only got 15 mins to meet with you and give you a referral to a doctor who can actually help you.

They will charge you for outpatient visits at your physical if you talk about something thats bugging you even when asked by the doctor "is anything bothering you?" You have to ask them "will i be charged for talking about this?" Outrageous. I know no other doctors who operate this way. You should feel safe to ask a doctor about a health problems without getting a bill in the mail a week later. Also, when I discussed my problem they told me to see another doctor (which was my plan). So I got charged for a recommendation that I already knew.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I've been waiting TWO DAYS for a PHONE CALL while an infection rages inside my intestine. Mine is a chronic and extremely painful condition and after many years with Pro Health, it's not as if they don't know how simple it is to help me right now. This will end with an ER visit, which will cost me an ABSURD amount of money, just to get some antibiotics. Absolutely shameful.

I called to schedule an appointment with my doctor for an urgent problem and was told my doctor moved and that I no longer had a doctor. When I asked why no one let me know she asked, "well are you gonna make an appointment with one of the other doctors?" I did not. This is after I nearly lost the opportunity to go to school because the front office took weeks (after many prompts which were met with annoyance) to print my varicella paperwork.

I wish I could give it less stars than this. Have been put on hold multiple times for simple questions and solutions that would take seconds to answer or get resolved. Practice has gotten too big for their bridges and don't care about how that's impacting their patients. Sad

Zero stars! Poorly run office. When you call, expect to wait on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to anyone. Then you are likely to get sent to urgent care because they have no openings. Expecting a call back -- you won't get one as the staff does not follow through. If you do get an appointment, you wait at least 60 minutes before seeing doctor.

I even waited 45 minutes for a virtual appointment to start. They up-code too. The affiliation with OPTUM means this group is all about ALL about making money and patients are just dollar signs.

Everyone there are the best. Dr Maki and Jen Miller saved my life in a literal sense and actual way. You can't believe the level of care they provide and follow up to check in on your wellbeing. All the nurses are especially wonderful and I am a lot of work! I hope I never have to relocate because I doubt I'll find as great of a team to provide me with health care!

The greeter was very friendly and helpful, the woman at check in middle aged with blonde hair was very unprofessional and rude. Was on the phone rolling her eyes at the patient she was speaking with. When she got off the phone said to me " I don't know why people call to make appointments for their adult children." Talking about the person she was just on the phone with.

I apparently was in the wrong place because I wasn't given any direction beforehand on where I was supposed to go because I don't usually go to the prohealth glastonbury office. She rolled her eyes at me and sighed and said your in the wrong place! She seemed very annoyed and extremely rude like I was bothering her. The front desk represents the office and I would expect someone professional and helpful to be the first person a patient would have interactions with not a unprofessional rude woman.

The doctors are great. They need better trained help in the front office and not very efficient when trying to get a problem solved some of the staff can be rude And sound like they don't want to be there. Tried for almost a week to get a prescription refill and got a lot of run around. It is not one that they can just say ok so started on a Wednesday and never got done before they had a long weekend.

I was stuck on hold for a total of 2 hours trying to be helped by nurses on call and were able to get a doctor to fill 8 pills to get me thru weekend started calling on Monday and after telling the girl up front that there had been 4 request sent she was like I only have the one I don't know what you want me to do.as if I was lying. Asked to talk to manager 2 times and never heard back from them BUT they may have not gotten the message might have not made the desk!?!?!.All I have to say is THANK GOODNESS FOR MY PHARMACIST!

I came to this Glastonbury office due to there was no walk in around me that was open on a Sunday. Mind you this is an hour away from my home, but what mother wouldn't travel if her daughter is really sick. I arrived at 9:50 my appointment was for 10am. Staff arrived and NOBODY had a key to get into the building. Which I felt it was unprofessional to have a walkin center but nobody working that day would have a key.

The staff sent many people to the Manchester walk in. My daughter and I decided not to travel anymore and we'd wait for a staff member to go retrieve a key. We finally got in the building around 10:45. Walk ins rushed in ahead of people. The receptionist took their info until people spoke up about having appointments. She took my info ( the receptionist was extremely kind- caring& thoughtful.

I was on crutches and she came around to where I was seated to retrieve my insurance card so I didn't have to get up). Once we made it into the office the nurse was nice. The dr came in listened to what we said took a strep test on my daughter came back negative but was sending it out. She said she had white spots on the back of her throat. But she isn't going to give her an antibiotic said its viral and pretty much you have to deal with it.but she's contagious (Really) I was not happy to say the least.

The following day I had to take her to the walk in clinic in my area and low and dehold my daughter has the FLU! So I would not go back there due to the Drs neglect to throughly check my daughter out and see how she could help us since I did travel an hour to get there.

Only go here if you want drugs for your children. If you're looking for thinking outside the box when it comes to ADHD, do NOT go here. The APRNs are useless, uncaring, emotionless drones that only follow one set of rules. If you're looking for a place that looks holistically at your child, this is not the place. They will bounce you from one drug to the next, leaving your child worse than when he went in.

They do not take dietary considerations into place. They do not take testing from other doctors, i.e. neurotransmitter testing, into consideration, even IF their symptoms correlate with what neurotransmitter testing is showing. "Oh, it's from the urine, it doesn't mean anything." They do testing, but the report is long and unreadable by school staff. They do not recommend advocates. Come on prohealth.you can do better than this!
