The new office is very beautiful. Everything went as smoothly as ever and the staff was very accommodating despite the restrictions. Thank you for another great visit. We love this practice! After massively bursting a blood vessel in the same eye, for the 2nd time in less than 6months, I was concerned that there was something really wrong with my eye. I was able to get in the next day and, when I finally saw Dr. Church, He assured me that this was a normal part of the aging eye (dry eye) and that good, lubricating eyedrops should mitigate the situation. My only complaint was that I waited just under an hour from my scheduled appointment time, to when I actually saw the Doctor, but the peace of mind was worth it.

I took my young son for his first (ever) eye appointment. Dr. Tsai and her staff made him super comfortable and are great to work with! The office is clean and employees have a positive disposition as well as excellent customer service skills. There is a separate family waiting room that is geared towards children and eases the anxiety associated with having small children in an office. I highly recommend this office and my son can't wait for his next visit!

Dr. Angela Tsai is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and takes pride in the work performed at Premier Eye Care. Recently brought to her attention an issue I had, and was met with upmost courtesy to answer my questions. She showcases a high level of professionalism when taking care of new and existing patients making sure they recieve an exceptional experience. The building is inviting and well kept with employees greeting you at the front door making anyone feel welcomed.

While Dr. Tsai and Dr. Church are great, overall the experience is not. Arrived the 15min early as requested, but the initial front desk couldn't find my insurance information or the forms that I'd esigned two days before when I made the appointment, and had to go to the lady who scheduled me to find out what she had told me. Spent an hour waiting past my appointment time before being seen, ended up finally making it out (without waiting even longer to get new frames or lenses) just shy of two hours after walking into the building.
They couldn't figure out our insurance (same as last year, no changes), and I had to go back and forth multiple times explaining our coverage. It was a frustrating visit, and certainly not an easy one - if someone didn't know their insurance details (or have their husband sending them screenshots in real time from the insurance company) it would have been even more of a mess.

I took my son to see Dr. Church for an eye exam and he ended up needing glasses. My son is 5 and very shy. Dr. Church was WONDERFUL with him for the two exams he performed on my son. He was very patient, he answered all of my questions and was just overall very kind and caring. Insurance changes have forced us to move on to a different Optometrist and we are really sad about it.
I would highly recommend this place and Dr. Church to anyone who has a small child. Not only was Dr. Church great but so was the entire staff from the front desk to the young man who fitted my son for his glasses. This place is great!
