Not what it used to be, new doctors and it definitely shows, when your doctor rolls her eyes at you it's time to find another doctor. Sad to leave after 27 years but they don't care about that either.

Terrible place had an appointment scheduled and they sent me a letter saying they dismissed giving me physical care anymore because of their "1 time no call no show" policy mind you i was given the wrong time of my appointment, dont reccomend it.

Doctors, nurses, & Ellie are exceptional! Scheduling is very good. Phone nurse is a bit frustrating for speed. Front desk needs customer service update. Office is comfortable and wait times are pretty short. Billing is very helpful and goes above an beyond to help.

I feel confident they will always do the best. When you need more than what is available, you're either sent to the hospital for testing or a special. They also know how to explain the illness or problem you have so you can understand. They are all around friendly and great Drs.

Best Docs and staff in town. The check-in procedure has been updated but is still sort of weird and cumbersome, but doesn't take too long I suppose. These folks are excellent health care providers, which is after all what any Dr's office is really about.
