He has a special interest in nutrition and the developmentally disabled. A graduate of New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Beitman did his premedical training in the basic sciences at Union College in upstate New York. After medical school, Dr. Beitman entered a residency program in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Veteran's Hospital.

I having severe abdominal pain, and was able to secure an urgent appt. The office staff were very empathic and accommodating. After initial exam, needed tests were scheduled for the next week. Dr. Beitman is very thorough and takes his time with his assessment and explaining the treatment plan. The hospital staff raved about him also! I would highly recommend Dr. Beitman for your gastro needs.
