Getting Lasik was one of the best decisions of my life! I had a great experience with Kelly Vision Center. Dr. Kelly made me feel comfortable and informed all throughout the process from consultation to surgery to my now perfect vision 6 months later! I cannot recommend Kelly Vision Center enough.

I barely write reviews and when I do, I truly mean it. I had my SMILE surgery done several months ago and I am extremely satisfied with the result. I would also like to say how attentive and caring Dr. Kelly's team have treated me. My boyfriend had his SMILE done in another clinic and it is incomparable to Dr. Kelly. They always schedule an appointment for follow up to make sure to check up on your post op. They are extremely professional, friendly, caring, great customer service and just outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly!

I don't know where to begin. First of all the team that supports Dr. Kelly is friendly and very helpful. They double check your results, making sure you're comfortable and work around your needs. During the lasik procedure Dr. Kelly was very calming, easing all worries you may have. The process was both painless and effortless. Again he adapts to your personality, I was a bit nervous but was very reassuring and the process for me was over in about 15 minutes, start to finish.

I am writing this review a few months after my procedure and it is impossible to describe the clarity the lasik brought me. Life changing to say the least. I highly recommend it and I cannot be happier with the result.

Since my first free consultation for LASIK surgery with Myriam, I was informed of the process, what to expect, payment options, etc. The staff were also very personable, patient and addressed any of my questions and concerns. James Kelly himself was excellent, genuine, and professional. The procedure was very short and the staff was very comforting and reassuring while it was going on (which helped a lot!) Also, all medications and post op instructions were sent many days before my procedure, I was definitely well prepared. I have and will recommend Dr. Kelly forever and always! Thank you!

I had a great experience with LASIK surgery at Kelly Vision Center! From the initial consultation to the day-of-surgery, all of the staff members I came across were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. One differentiating factor for consultations here is that you actually meet Dr. Kelly at the initial consultation and have a chance to talk with him about the procedure and ask any questions you have.

I thought this was a nice touch given that most other LASIK places, you wouldn't meet the surgeon until the day of surgery. I was super nervous going into surgery but the actual procedure took less than 10 minutes and was painless for the most part besides some pressure on your eyes when they create the flap. During surgery, they walk you through each step so you know exactly what's going on.

After the surgery, the first hours are a little rough to be honest (stinging and tearing the first day; feels like something is in your eyes) but after 24 hours, I felt great again and could see better than 20/20 at my follow up appointment. While I had a stellar experience with my procedure, I'll add two minor things that could be improved with office operations: 1) the prescription eye drops were not sent to my pharmacy as promised and I had to call a few times to check on this and 2) it's common to have a red spot appear on the white part of your eye following the procedure, which I was not warned about.

It went away on its own in about a week but it would've saved a lot of worry and panic if I was warned about this in advance. Overall, a life changing procedure and I'm so happy I chose to get LASIK at Kelly Vision Center. I would do it all over again.

I was always skeptical about getting LASIK done, but decided to go in for a free consultation to gather more information (as Dr. Kelly came highly recommended). From the moment I walked into the office, the staff made me feel right at home. They were very professional, nonjudgmental, and were genuinely happy to answer any questions I had! The team was meticulous with me every step of the way leading up to surgery, and post surgery follow ups. My surgery was a success, and by the time it was over the staff were friends of mine! Thank you Dr. Kelly and your awesome team!

I had -4.50 prescription in both eyes and got LASIK. Overall I had a really great experience. Dr. Kelly was amazing and super nice and thorough. He answered any and all questions I had with great detail and also didnt try to sell on anything I didn't need. (I really appreciate his honesty). Additionally, Dr. Kelly has an amazing staff. Everyone was super friendly, sharp and the process from the consultation to the procedure was smooth sailing!

I really trusted everyone on his team. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly and his team for your next procedure. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Kelly and I'm glad I chose him. The procedure itself was done well and with great success - its so nice to see again. The only callout I would say is if you want to use the Groupon you do have to bring it with you to the consultation, otherwise, they won't accept it. I still cant find this in the fine print but something you should know before going!

Dr. Kelly and the staff were great! The team was super friendly, professional, and very thorough at answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone considering Lasik. Not only did they correct my vision, but I'm seeing better than I was before when I wore glasses/contacts.

Great experience! Ive contemplated getting Lasik surgery for a very long time but always been afraid to go through with it. I was recommended to go for a consultation by a close friend, I went and decided to have the surgery. One of the best decisions I've made. The surgery was quick and painless and the best part: no more glasses or contacts! Dr. Kelly and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating.

They worked around my preferred schedule even though it was short notice. I definitely recommend Dr. Kelly's office. Like Dr. Kelly said, " the best birthday gift I could've given myself"!

Just had my LASIK done on Thursday at Kelly Vision and I could see clearly the next day with pretty minor discomfort (some Dry eyes, that's about it) during my recovery in the last 3-4 days. From my initial consult to the follow up all of the staff has been supportive and explained every test they ran, as well as the procedure to the smallest detail.

I was definitely nervous but Dr. Kelly has a very calming demeanour during the procedure. I can now see 20/15 after 10 years of glasses. I would recommend this practice to anybody.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kelly and the entire Kelly Vision team. I had a thorough consultation during which Dr. Kelly explained the process and answered all of my questions. The surgery itself, which was about 2 weeks after the consultation, was quick and painless. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. By the next morning, I was able to see better than I had before with contacts. I've since had two follow up appointments with Dr. Kelly in the two weeks since my surgery. I appreciate the continuous care his entire team provides. Highly recommend.

Incredibly professional and courteous. I got the relex Smile operation here after doing some research and comparing it to Manhattan Lasik Center. A couple things stood out to me: 1) Service. Dr. Kelly was there for my initial consultation and procedure. At the other place this is not necessarily the case. 2) Reviews. Other reviewers were much more enthusiastic towards Kelly Vision and critiques (you can hear other rooms) felt minor 3) Professionalism.

I knew I wanted Smile, and Dr. Kelly answered all my questions. Throughout the procedure he gave me feedback about what was happening. It's been 2 days and I'm seeing 20/15 already.

I have been wearing glasses since 1st grade and I don't remember what it is like without glasses. However, there are many inconvenience especially during the pandemic, My glasses are always foggy when wearing mask. So I started to do my research and finally find Kelly Laser Center. Dr. Kelly and his staff are super super nice! They made me feel like I can trust them with my eyes.

I actually went to one other place for consultation too, they made me watch a video by myself, then a doctor came in with a piece of paper and repeated what the video said. Dr Kelly also showed me a video, but he was there and he explained me what is going on during the procedure. It feels like everyone at Kelly Vision Center really cares about their patients.

It is not even 24 hours after my procedure yet. But I can see 20/25. I could not even see 20/200 before. I am very happy with the results. The process wasn't Unpleasant at all, though I was very nervous before the procedure. I also think Kelly Vision Center did great to keep their patient safe during the pandemic. The only thing I didn't like was the long waiting time! Dying my consultation and follow-up, there was like 5 min waiting, which is normal. But yesterday, I came on time but waited two and a half hour to get it done. Overall I am happy with my experience and result at Kelly Vision Center.

I had surgery on March 18th and had an amazing experience. The level of care was unmatched and Dr Kelly treated me like a VIP. I can't thank the Dr and team enough, I can see clearly for the first time in forever (I've had glasses since I was 14) and I would do it again in a heart beat. If you are thinking about it. think no more and head over to Dr Kelly and his team.

Great experience with the initial visits and the actual laser vision correction. Dr Kelly was very attentive. And my vision is great. However, the yearly visits afterward have been horrible. Usually have to wait an hour to be seen and then most of the time end up seeing Dr Kelly's associate who I feel is not very competent. It is unfortunate bc I really like Dr Kelly and feel he is excellent at what he does. I almost feel like once you are not giving them the big money for the vision correction you really don't matter.

Dr. Kelly and his staff are amazing! I can't believe how friendly they are. Dr. Kelly takes his job seriously, loves what he does, is super professional and extremely knowledgeable. He makes sure you're comfortable and will be more than happy to answer any questions. Everything from start to and end and follow-ups have been amazing. I'm so happy with my results. It's been life changing! I have been recommending everyone who's thinking about lasik. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Disclaimer: Dr. James Kelly certainly seems like he means well and I don't have a problem with him. What I do have a problem with is the experience I've had twice now in visiting this practice. I waited for 40 minutes or so before he came in and spoke with me for maybe 3 minutes. (Being quite literal it was actually that long) He then said he'd "check availability" for something, and never stepped foot back in the room.

This was compounded by the awkwardness of me being able to hear him in the next room greeting his next patient. The scheduling person just pulled me from the room and tried to hard sell me the service on the spot outside of any insurance and the second I made it clear that I wasn't going to pull the trigger from a 30-second sales pitched she was done with me.

She did hit me with a random and seemingly forced "Well if you come back you'll have to wait quite a long time, he's honoring the fact that you made an appointment today." almost as if me handing over my money was a gift from them to me. It's quite sad that this is how medical/health practices are in the manhattan area, I've had this experience at a dermatologist I visited recently as well.

I really wouldn't recommend this place at all, it just seems like a machine of an office trying to churn through as many patients as possible. I totally understand medical practices are insanely busy but this just wasn't even worth going in in the first place. The worst part was I had just heard him speak to the last 3 patients before me, as you can hear the conversation from every room in the office which is quite bizarre.

I don't mean to be negative but it seemed like a fairly straight forward cookie-cutter approach. Say hi, make a joke, pick a product/service, immediately tell you some random fact about the product he wanted to suggest seem informed and build trust, rush out and let the admins/assistants book/sell.

The best decision I have ever made! It's hard to believe how fast the procedure was compared to all those Youtube videos I've watched prior to my Lasik surgery. Dr. Kelly was great and his staff was very supportive! Whenever I had mention Lasik in the past and present, it seems that almost everyone I knew had their surgeries done by Dr. Kelly.

It also eased my mind that Lasik technology has improved greatly and I couldn't deny myself this chance anymore. Quality glasses and contac lenses cost a lot of money and I am so happy that I made the decision to invest my money in fixing my eyes rather than buying more contact lenses and glasses that would continue to cost me thousands for the rest of my life!

I was so happy with my 20/25 vision result after 1 week of surgery and today I found out I am 20/20! I wouldn't have believe it to be possible if it didn't happen to me! I am absolutely amazed at the world I can see with my own eyes from the moment I open them every single day! It truly felt like my dream came true and I thank Dr. Kelly and his team for that!

Dr. Kelly's office was great. My procedure was extremely smooth, and he was very communicative prior to me getting the surgery as far as what to expect pre and post. The surgery itself was painless, and provided you don't squirm or anything it should be really quick as well. The surgical procedure itself only took 7 minutes. Woke up the next morning with great vision, and Dr. Kelly schedules a follow up very soon after to make sure that everything went well. 100% recommended!

I'm a physician, and I can tell you that Dr Kelly is 10/10 and he has an amazing office. Dr Kelly runs an extremely tight ship, his office runs on time and they are highly efficient. Have your paperwork filled out ahead of time if your want to be seen even more quickly. It took Dr Kelly and his staff about 30 min to do a full comprehensive diagnostic, which I have never seen done in less than 90 minutes anywhere else. He is excellent with clinical diagnosis and his advice has been incredibly helpful and reassuring to me.
