So happy with everyone at the clinic and both doctors. Friendly and absolutely amazing at explaining details with no hard sell on the procedure at all. Highly recommend!

Sooooo, I had an appointment for today. I cancelled my morning schedule to go.to the tune of about $200. They called while I was in the shower to inform me that the Doc won't be in & scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. No, I'm not cancelling my appointments again. So, I call to reschedule. You can't speak directly to anyone. You can only leave a message & they will call you back when they feel like it so, here I am, waiting, many hours later.

This process began way back in October 2021 & I still cannot see properly because I can't get glasses until they finish. I will not go back to them once finished & have advised my insurance company of every time they pull this crap. Go somewhere else. My friend has only been under care for 6 weeks with the same thing & is done & has new glasses.

You have an excellent staff who are kind and very helpful. I learned more about my eye condition from Dr. Bakhtiary then I ever knew from the previous eye doctor in Fullerton, CA. My very first visit to PEI went very well. The office environment was friendly, professional, and clean. Also, I noticed that the office personnel treated each of their clients with kindness, dignity, and respect. One of the things I appreciated was how the medical team took time out to explain all I needed to know about my visit. I felt at ease the whole time I was there and left with a good impression.

I had the best experience, the staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Smith was the doctor we met, such a nice and great person. I have been living in the United States for 8 years and visited many health institutions, this was the best I have visited so far.

Dr Park is very pleasant and help me very Much about my eyes. The technician was very good doing my studies on my eye's. She was all so very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her. For me being my first visit I was very much grateful

Came for a second opinion about a cataract surgery that had less than optimum results. Dr. Park patiently explained possible reasons for my results and what my further options might be. Wish I would have had him for my original surgery, which would not have included the specific lens that I had inserted.

All the staff here are very nice, they explain everything they will be doing. The office is clean & nicely decorated. Dr. Abraham was very nice and made me feel less nervous with his explanations. Plenty of parking. Restaurants close by in the parking area

The staff was amazing the girls that helped me do all the test before I got into see the doctor they were amazing really informative spoke to me on my level but when I got into the doctor I was only in there for a couple of minutes and I didn't understand what they were saying it was all in medical terms the only thing that I understood was that if I have any floaters lights or darkness to come in right away which I already knew that it would've been more helpful if he would've gone over the pictures of the back of my eye so I could have a better understanding of what he was talking about and there was other questions that I wanted to ask but I forgot because I was kind of rushed

Dr. Benton and the team has changed my life! It's incredible to be able to see and not wearing contacts or glasses. The first day my eyes were sore once the numbing drops wore off. After that everything is great. I was nervous about the procedure but so happy I did it

My first time there my primary doctor referred me. Said it was an awesome place and yes it was! They were very thorough with my exam and asked questions to properly exam me, I will be back!

The whole office the doctor everybody seemed so professional and everything was checked out like going for surgery next week on my eye doctor was great staff was great

My experiences Dr. Park have been outstanding. I went to him with with problems of glaucoma and my retina. As a result, my previous eye doctor I had seen for making a new pair of glasses had tried to scare me into being fearful about my retina condition and allowing that office to do some tests. After sharing this with Dr. Park, he reassured me that both of my conditions would now be taken care of by a specialist and not to be concerned about any hype.

Reyna and Iris have got to be the nicest and most professional ladies that have worked for Pacific eye institute! They treat you very nice and make your day with their friendly customer service. They took care of my dad and we will be with this location forever. Im gonna hurt my eye on purpose just to go to the Rancho Cucamonga location and get helped by Reyna and Iris. In all of my dealings with Dr. Ryon Smith at Pacific Eye Institute Rancho Cucamonga, I have been and continue to be extremely impressed and satisfied. Dr. Smith is an excellent Doctor who spends a lot of time assessing my eyes and determining the best round of treatment for my condition. He is very professional, skillful, kind, and thorough. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere of the office makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I have and will continue to recommend Pacific Eye Institute and Dr. Ryon Smith to my family, friends, and colleagues.

I had a good experience here as a patient. Dr. Roeske is a handsome, nice guy here who took care of me. He was attentive and took time to listen to me and answered my questions patiently. The technicians and nurses were also responsive and caring. They explained the procedures and the purpose behind each test. The first time I visited here, there was a long wait time but the second time, it was not that bad and I got to do the test and see the doctor within predetermined time.

I loved Dr. Ching as well as her medical staff. They were all Very kind, caring and thorough. Only complaint and reason for only 4 stars is they are very hard to get ahold of. Their phones are always busy if you leave a message they don't ever call you back. I sent emails they do not respond. I sent messages through my patient portal and they don't respond there either. They definitely need to work that out. Very frustrating not being able to get messages through to the doctor or even make an appointment for that matter.

Dr Smith is a warm and caring Dr. he has gone out of his way to help me with my eye issues. Following a procedure I needed both he and his assistant reached out to me numerous times to check on me. I feel very comfortable recommending him!

Friendly front desk staff was about the only bright part of this visit. Appt was at 8:15, we were not initially seen until 9:20. Upon asking the doctor about why the long wait times for scheduled appointments, he replied " If you dont like it your free to go to another doctor ". This disregard for a patient's time is more than enough for me to take his advise and try another eye doctor.
