The staff were not only courteous and supportive, they were genuine. Juanita was exceptional at ensuring I was knowledgeable about the procedure and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had the best time and I left feeling better than when I arrived.

I don't normally write reviews. However, the service I received today definitely deserves one! I actually booked services with this dermatologist by mistake. I confused her name with another dermatologist that had been recommended to me. When her office confirmed the appointment, I was surprised by the different address. It was too late to cancel. So, I decided to go ahead. Obviously, I have great karma!

I can't tell you how impressed I was with EVERY aspect of this experience. So detailed, so communicative about my options, so impressed with the results! Today was my lucky day. Try it! You will not be disappointed.

I love the great vibe of this office! I always feel well taken care of, and pleased with my treatment. Today I saw Stephanie, RN. She assessed my skin needs and my concerns, and gave me some very exciting options. Sold! I love that she gave me a detailed description of laser modalities, and helped me understand what would help my skin get the best results.

I opted for PICO, as suggested. Very, very happy that Stephanie made time for me, with education, risks/benefits, questions, and some clinical and professional chit chat! The treatment itself was a breeze. Thank you to the front desk and the back desk ladies too! You are all lovely and awesome :

Dr Scheel sets the bar! I fly inter island to see her! She is an expert, and I've seen Dermatologists in Beverly Hills and Honolulu. The range of education and expertise in her field and beyond is exceptional. I appreciate her eagle eye view when serving her patients. Dr. Monica asked very pertinent questions during my visit concerning a rash that has spread all over my body. She gave me very specific techniques and directions to get through the next week or two and will even follow up by phone in a few days. I had a new suspicious spot on my heel. When I called for an appointment, I was told the earliest appointment was in about 4.5-5 months. However, the next day, when I called with a referral for a biopsy, , they were able to squeeze me into the schedule in a week. Thank you very much! Dr. Scheel is very knowledgeable.
