Great Customer service, Dr, Fronk is friendly and professional, Sandy did my pre exam and explained step by step what she was doing and why, and Jody always knows what I like and is quick to find a frame that I love. Only negative is that the 50% off still cost me over $800.00 for eye exam, frames, lenses with scratch guard. Still i believe you get what you pay for and they are so good about fixing my glasses when I walk in and like I said the customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend if you dont want to be treated like a number.

Paid $491 dollars for checkup and ordered new glasses. Glasses reflective coating so wore off I can't wear the glasses not that I can't see thru them but looking at me u can't see my eyes it's so bad. They claim wear and tear glasses are 5 months old. I have ten year old sunglasses that look better. They say they weren't adjusted right. It's a for profit place may as well went to eyemart or Walmart been better off least get what u expect. I have pictures of glasses and correspondence if anyone wants referrals nwgratton at gmail

Dr. Frohlich I found you to be a recommendable eye doctor. Thank you for your professional customer service. I found great displeasure on my visit when I was told that the "30% off sunglasses" that was advertised and promoted to me while I was making my selection did not apply because I have insurance. I took a poll and found that the average person would assume that the price is totaled, the 30% is taken off, then the balance is submitted to insurance.
I feel penalized because I have insurance. I almost got a big speech from the person who took my money about how "we will lose money that way" until I told her that the workings between your office and the insurance company are not my concern. Please in the future advertise correctly. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Beth Doyle-Lautt
