Services
Our practice will submit a claim to any patient's insurance company. Even if we are not a participating provider, plans will often cover a significant percentage of our bill. We suggest that all patients check with their benefits representative. Our practice will always welcome patients who agree with our focus on Relationship, Service, and Reliability, and who are willing to pay for their office visits directly.
The Norfolk Medical Group Business Office is here to help you with any financial or billing problems related to Norfolk Medical Group. We expect, as does your insurance company, that you will pay your copay at the time of your service. It is your responsibility to know if lab work and/or radiology procedures require a copay.
Norfolk Medical Group is an equal opportunity employer and provider. We welcome all inquiries regarding a career with Norfolk Medical Group. We encourage you to check back often as we continue to grow and expand our facilities and services! For more information, contact Human Resources at (402) 844-8000.

The doctors, nurses and receptionist do not wear face masks. A family member of mine who is of high risk had an appointment and was shocked to see how little care they have for their patients. This comment is to worn others who have loved ones who are of high risk to please seek a different clinic that values their safety. I left a similar review on their Facebook page but it had since been deleted (I have the receipts ).

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dangberg. Very thorough and professional, but he is not a robot either. Answered all of my questions and has a great sense of humor. Would recommend him to anyone.

I typically receive great care from the providers, but have not always been treated kindly by reception, and have waited well over an hour to see the provider.

Doctors are good, and I like that their records coincidence with with the peds Dept. However, they boast that they accept walk-ins, but any time I've walked in, they always act distraught. "Ooooooooh, we'll have to see if anyone is available."

Absolute weirdos. All they wanted to do was bash the hospital for some reason to me and not talk about what was ailing me. No specialists. Go to Faith Regional. Soooo much better.- Especially if you're looking for a breast surgeon. Dr. Beutler is NOT a specialist. I was so relieved when my mom switched to a breast specialist at Faith Regional!

Sensational atmosphere. The new building is amazing, but not as amazing as the staff who work there. Professional and caring people who take the time to get to know you. You're more than a number.

I called after hours for complications. Dr Dangberg is my primary care. I was told that he only takes calls from doctors and hospitals after hours. So basically I have to go to the Emergency Room and pay a co pay, to likely be told to follow up with Dr Dangberg. I am good enough for your office to get my co pays, and tons of money from my insurance company, nut not good enough to talk to? Really?! I am glad you are so full of yourself.

It was a really busy day but the wait was well worth it. Great care and the billing office worked with my financial situation.

I went there because my Legs were hurting and could not walk more then 20 yards, Dr. Lux said there is nothing wrong the indian dr across street said same thing. I went to my Chiropractor Dr. Kim she took an exray and my illiac artery shiwed up she said you should not be able to see that and said you need to go see your Dr. 1st thing Monday and again he said nothing is wrong even tho the Exray showed something different and he could not find a pulse in my feet.

So I went to Merritor in Madison, Wi. And they said you are 100% blocked if we don't operate you will be dead eith in a year. So STAY AWAY from this place they will kill you or just let you die. If I could give a minus star I would.
