Not sure the title of the lady named Sally, but she is a very unprofessional discharge planner who was not only rude to me and my nurse, but she also hung up on us numerous times. I wanted to file a grievance with the clinical director, but I had to leave a message only to never get a returned call back.

If I could have done no stars that would have been the rating. My father walked in this facility talking, joking, feeding himself. Three months later he can't use his arms or legs, can't feed himself, barely can hold a conversation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! THIS PLACE IS A DEATH TRAP. AGAIN I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE. If you don't care about them then this is the place for you!

Would give zero stars if I could. The doctor keeps people without giving any of the legal notices required by law. He attempted to give me a 1 month injection of resparidal despite the fact that resparidal has received recall notices and was said to be pretty much useless unless you're attempting to become transgender. Which I am not. This doctor spent less than a total of 10 minutes with me and decided he knew more than the doctor I have worked over a year with.
He put me on 4 different anti psychotic meds even though I do not suffer from psychosis. These meds have made me super sick so much so that I couldn't get out of bed, they punished me for being sick and wouldn't let me eat. The patients advocate does not take complaints but rather just asks what you do for fun whenever you try to file a greavence.
I am taking myself off these meds, going to the ER for the sickness they caused and hiring a lawyer. These abuses must not go unpunished and anyone who can should start filling lawsuits.

My son is there now. He has deteriorated to the point he can barely speak, eat or walk unless being led. He went from 5 meds at home to 13 that last time they answered my question. In fear for my son life at this point. He could simply choke on his food. This boy was very active, verbal and able to make and eat his food prior to med adjustments. Adjustment to make him easier to handle. Chemical restraints.! I need help for my son.! Help to escape over medication by Rolling Hills.

This place is the worst. Don't send anyone you love here. My mother-in-law was sent here from a nursing home for "dementia care." In less than 3 weeks, she lost over ten pounds. She fell at least once. Had multiple abrasions on her skin. She literally looks like a zombie. They have her so doped up she has a blank stare, and her face is sunken in from the weight loss.
They claim they want you to come visit, but only allow visits on Saturday from 3p to 5p. Get real. This place is a joke. It is more like. Prison than a hospital. When she went there, she was lively. She moved around the nursing home alot. She interacted with people regularly. Rolling hills took her and put her in a geriatric chair. It is like a bed on wheels.
She doesn't like that, and tried to get out and was allowed to fall. She busted her head and has abrasions on her knees. She also came back with bruises from an IV. They never mentioned that she was getting an IV, or what it was for. If we hadn't have been so adamant about her being discharged from this "treatment program", I'm certain her life would have ended within a few weeks. Whatever you do, don't let your loved ones be sent to this facility.

If you want to be treated worse than an inmate come to rolling hills. Staff and techs act like 5 year olds. Yes, I'm talking to you Mr. dashon. You should be fired! Very immature and unprofessional, laughs at you when you talk about issues in your life. They gave me meds that wasn't agreed to take by my parent. This place will drug you up and leave you worse than what you came in. the food is awful!
At one point we had to wait a few hours because it was un edible. Screaming patients all night long. Techs did nothing about it. I was Mis diagnosed for multiple personality disorder only being there 11 days a psychiatrist and myself surely know that takes months to diagnose. I was called impulsive but I was only there for anxiety. They will call you defiant and be extremely rude to you. (Ms Rachel) just a place that cares about money rather than the patients! This place needs to be shut down! Please think twice before going here because once your in there's no way out

We sent our daughter here after using many other hospitals. Dr. Morton changed her medications and recommended a therapist for her. Now she is doing great and has been out of the hospital for 6 months. That's the longest she's gone without needing to be re-hospitalized since I can remember! Thank you!

My rating of the facility dropped from a 5 to a 2 in the last week after my son was discharged. My son, is a special needs child. He has TBI, so finding a facility that could help adjust his meds was more than challanging! His councilor was great! The admitions rep was very informative and courteous. Every nurse I delt with was so patient! That all being said, in the six weeks he was in, not once, nor since, have I ever spoken dirrectly with the attending physician!
Now that my son is home, I cannot get a hold of him, so my sons' Rx remains unfilled! It took six weeks to adjust his meds so my special needs child would be stable enough to come home and return to school. After a week at home, he still does not have all of his prescritions, becouse the prescribing physician has never called my insurance himself!
After Mommy expressed how upset I am regaurding said neglegance, an Administrative Assistant called. and perhaps a Councilor. but NOT the Physician! So my insurance has denied my child the medicine that works, in favor of the Rx he was on before being admitted! (Which not longer effects him as he has been on it for 7 years)
