I have had several surgeries and have used Cape Surgical Clinic! Dr. Silliman and his nurse Jamie were absolutely amazing! Always willing to go above and beyond for any issue I have had and always available for questions if I've had them. I've also had family have surgery and used Dr. McCadams and Dr. Richmond and both were great as well! Would highly recommend!

So far the staff has been just fine. I filled out my paperwork over the phone. I showed up 15 minutes early to finish the rest of it. They called me back within 10 minutes and I had to sit in the exam room for 30 more before Dr Richmond came in to see me. He was pleasant and introduced himself. Explained to me what I needed to do to improve my problem. I would go back to him.

Seeing Dr Silliman for colon cancer surgery. He might be the single most down to earth, decent physician I've ever encountered. Patient, answered all of my questions and never seemed in a hurry. Very reassuring about the outcome of my upcoming colon resection. I am glad he is handling my surgery. Very confident in this man.

Dr. Boston operated on my brother, Chris Wolff, on Friday, September 20, for intestinal hernia. Dr. Boston was very professional in discussing Chris's surgery and everything involved. He was very sweet with Chris who is Downs Syndrome and mentality of 3 yr old and he understood family's concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Boston for general surgery procedures. Dr. Bartow checked in with Chris after surgery in Dr. Boston's absence and he was very professional and knowledgable of Chris's condition and surgery

I had the unfortunate situation of needing an emergency appendectomy, but was fortunate that Dr. Nicholas Boston was the physician on call! I had an unforeseen outcome which resulted in the need of a second surgery. I did not hesitate to choose Dr. Boston and SoutheastHEALTH as my physician and hospital of choice. I also must add that through my entire experience Dr. Boston was extremely compassionate and took the necessary time to answer my and my family's questions. I highly recommend Dr. Boston at Cape Girardeau Surgical Clinic for any needing surgery!

Front staff is rude and treat you like they are doing you a favor. The doc was fine. Didn't solve my problem, but at least he was nice. But his nurse was horrible. Renee was the coldest, most unwilling healthcare "professional" I've ever met. She cancelled my follow-up appointment because she wanted to talk me out of surgery because "it was painful, and the down time is long." So basically just suffer in silence?
It's not like it's free, so why should she care what procedure I want done? It was a follow-up appointment for a reason, and that reason being that my visit didn't help. At all. Awful. Awful. Awful.
