I've been coming here for 5 years. The front desk is always polite and quick and all the staff is polite. I changed Doctors this year to Dr. Gorman and she was SO NICE ANS POLITE and actually seemed happy to have a conversation with me as a patient and asked me about my health goals and if I wanted children. And what I should do when I'm ready. And she said I could call anytime with questions. She was very very nice and I got in and out of my appointment in less than 25 minutes!

Sometimes wait time are longer than expected but the only main issue I had with this office was Dr Tegler shaming me for a 4 pound weight gain over a 3 week period during my third trimester. He was very rude. He was also very rough on my pubic area while measuring my belly. A few more things he said were very unprofessional and bad bedside manner. I've only had one appointment with him and refuse to see him again.

Friendly, professional, comfortable atmosphere. I've been using Northland OBGYN for almost 40 years. Dr. Tegler is an excellent physician. During a regular exam, he noticed an irregularity in my heart rate and potentially saved my life. The staff is always respectful and courteous.

I recently visited Northland Obstetrics and Gynecology for an annual exam. Dr Anna Gorman was very personable and professional. She addressed all my questions/issues with ease. She made me feel very comfortable talking about personal issues, almost like talking to one of my long time friends. I would recommend this office and Dr Gorman to all my friends and family. Great experience!

When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist recommended Dr. Eggers saying that she was the best and that I would love her. I am sad to say that was not my experience. During my first appointment with her I explained why my primary physician had sent me there for a consultation and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. She became very arrogant and explained that she was an expert and that she would have to contact my doctor and research the situation and have me come back.

I said that was fine and I rescheduled. When I came back for my follow up appointment, she told me that she never was able to get ahold of my doctor ( which I later found out was a lie. My doctor told me that she never tried to contact her) and that she consulted with several of her colleagues and I was not a candidate for a hysterectomy. Fine, whatever.

I am grateful that she discovered a polyp but when she wanted to do a biopsy I asked if it would be painful and she said that it would just be some minor pressure. It was literally one of the most painful procedures I've ever been through! Why did she feel the need to lie to me? It was completely unprofessional and I lost all trust in her. After that, I transferred my care to a different gynecologist. I don't appreciate her arrogant attitude and don't understand why she finds it necessary to lie to her patients. Very disappointing.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I feel like not only Doctor Gorman but the nurses I had listened to everything I wanted for my delivery. They understood my concerns and supported me in a tremendous way!

Just moved and transferred here after going to Meritas once. I was so impressed by the office staff and being diligent to make sure I had everything I needed. Larenda up front is amazing and has given me something to look forward to at my first visit.

The office staff were all very pleasant and professional. Dr. Gorman's nurse was kind and thoughtful then I met Dr Gorman. I've been going round Northland for several years. Since my usual Dr left, I chose Dr Gorman. I could not have chosen better! She was thorough, kind and concerned. She listened to my issues gave her medical opinion while explaining everything thoroughly and confidently. We came up with a plan thatbI am comfortable with. I could not be more satisfied.

I appreciate a doctor who listens and genuinely cares enough to do what's best or what I believe is best. I am a new patient and know already that I can go in and advocate for myself, my needs and actually be heard. I feel that Dr. Ohlhausen really does care and wants to help. Being young and having been on hormone replacement therapy for almost 15 years this is HUGE!

The doctors and nurses are all very nice and good at what they do. However they are NEVER running on time. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes past your appointment time. Clear your meetings for the day and bring some entertainment. There is no quick in and out here.

BEWARE ONLY Patient back! They won't let a Husband OR Mother go back. They'll make your WIFE or Daughter Deliver ALONE at the hospital. Don't Trust this Place to take care of Love ones. Keeping Husband or Mother away isn't going to keep Covid away Patient will already have it. Meritas Health Obstetrics & Gynecology can have anyone OVER 16 go back with patient for Support.

This is by far the most unprofessional doctors group I've ever been part of. I was waiting for an insurance issue to resolve itself before paying my bill, and apparently that was not good enough for them. Though I only received two bills and promptly paid when the insurance issue was resolved, i was sent a certified letter saying i was in breach of my contract and they would not longer be taking me as a patient.

The bill was paid as soon as it could, as insurance takes time to process, but not good enough for them. I'm absolutely disgusted that a doctor would treat their patients this poorly with NO WARNING. If you go here, make sure your insurance will pay it quickly, otherwise you will be kicked to the curb.

I have looked all over for a Doctor Who makes me feel comfortable and she was professional. This unit is located at the liberty medical Plaza. Everyone was very professional and I got in to the exam room very quick. The staff was very professional.

As always, I had a positive experience here at Northland Obstetrics & Gynecology. I've never had long waits and am always treated with the best care. I had to have a surprise sonogram and labs done this time and they squeezed me in on a full day so I didn't have to come back to do it. And they were very prompt with getting me my bloodwork results the very next day. Chris, the nurse practitioner is my favorite! She truly cares for her patients and is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this clinic!

I saw Dr. Kramer in May with my concerns of endometriosis. She sent me to do an ultra sound the following week. I did that. I NEVER heard from my doctor again even though I was told she would call me with the results and go over a treatment plan. I had to call her two weeks later to find out what was going on after they already mailed their bill to me. Yes, $400+ with insurance for a dr. that never called or helped me or treated me in any way besides sending me for an ultra sound.

She was rude and did not listen to me or my concerns. When I got her on the phone she said, " What can I help you with, why did you call?" The worst experience ever. I recommend going anywhere else! 0 review.

I am almost eight months pregnant and so disappointed in all my experiences here. I literally feel like me being pregnant is a bother every appointment. My insurance switched during my pregnancy and no one seems to have any clue what I am supposed to be paying monthly now. I was in Shawnee mission hospital with kidney stones two weeks ago (THEY WERE AMAZING BTW TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING) I went back to my Northland OBGYN here (after the hospital) and didn't get to see a doctor only did blood work for my glucose.

When I told the nurse I needed a note to go back to work because I had been in the hospital, no one asked me if i was okay now, no one asked why I was in the hospital, and I didnt even talk to a doctor that day. The nurse found the first doctor in the hall and had her sign the note. The doctor didn't even know what she was signing! They definitely don't look out for your health, only the pocket book.

Dr Lori Kramer and her nurses are AWESOME! I can't say anything bad about this office, other than sometimes they are overbooked, and you have a long wait time. Dr Kramer has helped me tremendously over the years with my female gynecological issues, and I've had many! I recommend her to everyone. She is very intelligent and an empathetic Doctor. Her nurses always return my calls, and are very helpful!

I've been seeing Dr. Kramer for 4 years now and she's great. My very first apt you fill out a questionnaire on line and my thought was, what a waste of time they never read these. I was wrong she read everything and came in with options for me. I choose the less invasive. It was still a surgery where the lining of my uterus was burnt off.

I was very happy with her work. 2 years later I had to have a total hysterectomy and she did a great job. I highly recommend her for any woman issues. She can be moody but as a woman we all can be.

This place is a complete joke of a doctors office. If you're not pregnant then they really don't care about you. I waited for over an hour for my appointment yesterday and ended up having to reschedule so I wouldn't be late for work. I came in for my appointment today and was told to leave because I had been seen for my BC shot yesterday according to their records.

I told them I had to reschedule and the nurse who was supposed to do it insisted I already received it. I had to go back to my car to get the schedule printout to show them.and then they called another nurse and asked her to squeeze me in before she went home for the day. Then when one of the med techs took my weight she made a comment about my BC not being made for bigger people and suggested another one.

I told her I'd exhausted all of my other options and was sticking with the injection, but that it really wasn't her business. I'm definitely looking for a new doctor after today and all the other issues I've had with this place.

I would like to start off and say the doctor's here are fantastic. However the scheduling staff and records staff are rude, do not answer calls or return messages, and do not follow through on what they say they will do. My Wife and I recently moved and we are planning another child and needed our records. We've been treated as if we are no longer important because we won't be having (hopefully) our child with them again.

We have asked 10+ times (various people asking) for our records so our new doctor can review, as things didn't go perfect last time, making the need for our records even more important. If you are OK with poor service but good Doctor's, I would suggest coming here. I should also point out that the staff was difficult when we were patients there as well. Several people we know have confirmed the same frustration.

As a first-time patient, I would not recommend this facility. I recently moved to the area when I found out I was pregnant. Before the first visit, the facility was asking me to prepay all services (copays and co-ins) for pregnancy up front. When I told them I had a Flexible Spending Account with a debit card for expenses, I was told they still required prepayment of services (apparently a new policy that went into effect in 10/2014) and I could submit the claims to my insurance.

When I refused to pay them the money up front and do unnecessary/addl paperwork, they indicated I would need to sign a waiver and pay for services within 30 days of billing. They also indicated they would be sending out paperwork for the first appt. I did not receive state paperwork until 2 days AFTER my scheduled appt. My first appt consisted only of an ultrasound (no internal exam or bloodwork), which I thought was odd. I've had 2 previous pregnancies and first appts were more in depth. Lastly, the nurse practitioner I saw was very dry with no personality.

She wasn't very compassionate to my situation and I decided after walking out of the office, I would not return. It's rather sad, considering the office came with glowing reviews from a long-time patient.

I saw Dr Eggers for a cystoscopy and biopsy of the cervix and it was a horrific experience. Not only did she fail to warn me before doing anything, she actually clipped off THREE parts of my cervix for biopsy without telling me and did not offer any explanation as the procedure was happening. I was unnecessarily frightened and had a little attention been spent on me as a patient it would not have been a traumatizing experience.
