0/10 would recommend this office. Don't discount the multiple reviews about the receptionist, she's unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude.

My appointment with Dr Amick was very uncomfortable to say the least. She was both cold and dismissive - not wanting to hear anything that I had to say about my own health. I will not return

Dr. Amick is entirely dismissive and condescending - leaving me to interpret my own MRI results and not offering a follow up appointment for 3 months. All the while telling me to just "log my migraines" despite informing her they are increasing in frequency and severity. Do NOT go here.

Great location, ample parking, glass shields protecting desk staff and masks/gloves on everybody. Dr. Robertson was patient and professional, I highly recommend for anybody that needs their services.

My mother arrived for her appointment with Dr. Amick 7 minutes late today. After filling out paperwork and returning from using the restroom she was informed her appointment was cancelled "because there is not enough time". I am a physician and personally would never cancel an 82 year old patient who took great effort to make it to the appointment and who was already in my office with paperwork filled out and signed.

This is a neurology office so the staff should be used to dealing with patients that move slowly and allow extra time for them. I feel my mother was treated as a number and not as a person. Unfortunately, the field of medicine is filled with doctors and offices who run their practices like a cattle call and have forgotten their patients are people. If you want to be treated more humanely I would probably seek out another Neurological practice.

They have been there for me and my Mom throughout the years. Dr Robertson was the only Dr who was able to diagnose and treat my Mom after many other practices failed to. Actually had an appointment there this morning (Tues) and my Dr got called away on a family emergency. My Dr is scheduled to leave for vacation on Wednesday and I'm leaving for FL on Saturday.

So I really needed to be seen today. The staff and Drs went out of their way to get me in to be seen by another physican. Sorry to read that this office turned away an 82 year old woman because she was in the bathroom. That should never have happened.
