I really want to give ZERO stars! Horrible from the minute you walk in the door! Girls at front desk are MISERABLE AND MEAN. Dr. Was no better! He didn't answer any of my questions, and spent maybe 2 minutes with me.after I waited 3 hours to see him. Then he sends me upstairs to schedule surgery. Waithour

This place is an unorganized mess I would not come here again. The waiting is way too long and the employees are unprofessional. The employees, especially Sharon is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was rude when talking to me about my appointment and kept going away while I was talking to her. I was waiting for literally 2 hours and I only got to see the doctor for 15 mins. I would not recommend to come here unless you want to spend more than a hour waiting.

Wow. 1 star except for the nurses that helped me, I'd have rated this place 0 star. The woman up front has absolutely no personality and no customer service skills, shes just a mean lady in general. Total tension within the team here. I don't feel I'll be back, not that it matters to them, they already have my money. A0

I've been to this office twice so far for a severe eye injury. The docs, especially Dr Mike, are knowledgeable, communicative and in my opinion they saved my eye. Dr. Mark took my pain into serious consideration by keeping the eye numb. The receptionist however who sits closest to the wall is an ignorant, fresh mother and a true detriment to this office.

I'll be getting her name and more will follow. Let's just say she loudly reprimanded me in fron of the whole waiting room because I quietly asked her if my chart was in as I had been waiting over an hour. Going to get that bitc-'s name and review her independently where ever I can. Any suggestions? Thanks for listening.

They have been going back and forth with insurance for 4 months now. The doctor continues to not send the proper information to my insurance company about a surgery that the doctor deemed VERY important. They call you the day of the anticipated appointment to cancel, this happened to me 4 different times. The desk person with long straight hair and glasses is VERY rude.

She always seems very clueless, unhelpful and sends you off on your own to figure things out. She needs to find another job. Before you go though, please remove; friendly, welcoming, engaging, a problem solver and helpful from your resume. Thank you.

I've been there 4 times. I don't think they schedule with enough time in between especially if the doc has a procedure to do. I waited 2 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes. The doc is always very nice, the front desk lady not so much

Terrible customer services, the lady in the glasses section always in a rush and got attitude issues. They just wanna get money out of you and if you ask questions they start huffing puffing. Avoid this place, they are sales people not optometrist

The lady on front desk is very very rude She has no respect to anyone I've complained once about it to the office but nothing had really happened right after because they don't care! If so could review with no stars I would! Rude unprofessional unreliable. violate patient privacy. very insignificant.

I had been going to IC Laser Eye Care for about 13 years but not after today. It's just really not worth the hassle when there are plenty of other offices in the area. Every single time for the past several years, for myself and my daughter, I've had to reiterate that my copay was less than what they stated I needed to pay. I knew this because ive viewed my claims that were processed with my insurance company.

Every time I politely told them my copay was wrong, they claimed they didn't know what I was talking about. On a previous occasion, they did not believe me, charged me the higher price, and then had to reimburse me via check two months later. I figured there would be a note this time, but there wasn't and the same exact conversation began. After talking to the cashier, the receptionist said, "that's fine you can pay what you're saying".?

Yes of course I can because that is indeed my copay amount. Secondly, going to these appointments is literally a whirlwind. You're slung through the office so fast you don't even know who saw you. I don't know if it's because of how busy they are or just poor bedside manner. Lastly, the office staff is just all around not friendly at all. I went for an appointment today, July 20, after mask restrictions were lifted, and politely stated that I didn't have a mask on me, could I please have one.

She said "no, you can go to Walgreens behind you." I said no thanks, you can cancel my appointment. I completely understand its on me that I forgot one, but when you continue to require masks past the mandate ending, and then not provide a 5 cent mask when I truly forgot one, that's just rude. I'd rather just get a new office, this place is ridiculous.

First off the lady and guy that work at the front desk are very ignorant. They yell your personal information out across the office for everyone to hear. I was there for a workers comp. Accident. I had a piece of metal stuck in my eye the emergency room sent there and all the lady kept asking was if I had my claim number which I didn't have yet. After the doctor couldn't get all of it out she told me to come back in 2 days.

Today when I got there all the front desk lady kept yelling out do I have my claim number yet which I dont have yet I sit there for 30 minutes then she calls up to the desk and tells me since I dont have the claim number yet I have to pay 95$ which i dont have on me so she tells me that they cant see me because of this and need to reschedule my appointment.

So now I have to leave in excruciating pain and try to find another doctor who will see me. This is how they treat someone who has a foriegn body stuck in their eye. Please dont go to this place if you want to be treated like a human being. All they care about is money. They need to hire some new front desk people who have manners.

What a great experience, first time doing my eye exam, everyone is very professional and knowledgeable with their work. the equipments are very high tech. i had no idea what they exactly check for on an eye exam, the doctor explain it to me and also what they saw during the exam of my eyes. i would highly recommend this place for all my friends and family.

My surgery had to be done twice. The first time the wrong lens was placed in my eye during cataract surgery. Within a few days I had the lens taken out and replaced. My greatest disappointment is that after the surgery I now need corrective lenses to read. I was under the impression that after cataract surgery my vision would be 20/20. When I have to have cataract surgery for my other eye I will make doubly sure the surgeon is paying attention and not make the same mistake again.

7/6/2018 Back again I have to say I love my doctor. It seems to be much more busy here nowadays. So wait times where a little longer but worth it because doctor always gives each patient the time they need to make a inform decision. So far it's been good, 6 laser session in last 3 months and I being told I am better now. Always had a good experience.

No privacy whatsoever that's against HIPPA law, the employees eating in front of you, smells nasty & dirty like they never vacuum, dust all over the place, all employees all over the place, its not like they cant afford a cleaning lady, not organized at all, all employees very loud and especially the females that includes the girls that work there and the doctors, laughing loud and talking very loud, over booked appointments constantly, not professional at all whatsoever seems more ghetto then you think, the crazy part is the podiatrist is teaching me how to wear contacts, who does that :/ what office do podiatrist teach you how to wear contacts, its beyond crazy! I'm surprised that this place is still in business, this place needs to be re-evaluate by real professionals that's for sure

All 4 Doctors are great, especially Dr. Iftikhar is superb, had both my eye cataract operation performed by him, it was very great. My right eye operation was over in no time and when I was told "ok we are taking you out of the OR" my first question was "I am still awaiting for the procedure to start, all I felt was some kind of water/liquid flowing on my eye - it's over", it was that experience. The place has been completely rebuild, it's great and comfortable, with all the privacy and modern efficiency with latest equipment's.

Ok, the doctor is the saving grace of this place - she is very nice, polite and professional but she is a very, very tiny light in HUGE MESS of a Business! Before you see her - what a nightmare! The young man that is in scrubs horrible! 1 star only b/c of the doctor. They need to work on protecting privacy and organization. The two people who work the the Glasses department - They are NOT opticians - They are very unprofessional, and rude! They act like you're bothering them. The place is just a shambles and I am done with them!
