Doctor Robert G. Ranelle is awesome! His sense of humor makes me feel like I'm not just another patient here. I am family. Everyone here is professional and very welcoming. To receive this kind of customer service, during this hardship time, really makes a difference. I've always been in and out during every single visit. That's a plus. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Dr. Ranelle and team! You're all amazing human beings.

I liked the doctor and they were quick, but be warned. They told me I needed a wrist brace and it would be billed to Insurance. Well, 6 weeks later I received a bill from a third party company for $155.10. I looked on the product vendors web site (OVATION MEDICAL) and their customer cost to purchase is only $34.29 for the same thing! I hate getting ripped off. Aria 3B Orthopaedic should really look to ensure their clients are being treated fairly.

I received double knee replacement on Dec. 2, 2021 by Dr. Robert Booth and I am doing great. I am still in physical therapy but no longer on any pharmaceuticals

Dr Sutton was the first dr I had in 20 years that explained wht all was going on in my spine and he made total sense of it all!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The phone receptionist incorrectly ASSUMED that I had ankle surgery because she refused to listen to me on the phone. I had a steel bar inserted into my left leg and needed physical therapy to relax my ankle muscles on my left ankle and she told me to wait AN ENTIRE YEAR before coming in to get help! What was I supposed to do. WAIT AN ENTIRE YEAR TO BE ABLE TO WALK AGAIN?!

I tried to explain to her she had assumed incorrectly and she got an attitude about it and told me they can't help me. WOW! I AM A PATIENT aka A CUSTOMER AND WHO DOES THIS AS A PROFESSIONAL?

I came there in such pain, the staff specifically Gina Sgrillo was nothing short then amazing! So helpful and informative! She had me right in getting X-rays ASAP And she knew i was so worried because of my excruciating pain that she stayed with me the whole visit, Dr Ranelle was so kind and smart, he knew the issues right away from the X-rays and what I described about my pain!

It hurt to stand, to get in my car I could barely lift my left leg, I had been n tears, needless to say from the treatment so far I've been almost pain free since my visit! Pain I had for three months has been lessened from a 10 to a 2 in a matter of 48 hours! I'm so so thankful I feel like my life was given back! Thank you 3B see you in a few weeks for my follow ups!

During the Covid-19 period Aria 3b is not permitting caregivers into the examination areas The front desk is aggressive about this policy. So if your caregiver has questions you might need to have them on a cellphone call during your time with the doctors. The front desk will not help you if you need to get additional imaging, such as being able to bypass the very long telephone waiting line.what they did give me was the direct access to the MRI scheduler at the Bucks County facility.

According to my cell records it took 34 minutes to get an appointment scheduled, My previous experience with this facility was great- so chalk this up to another COVID-19 problem

We are a family of five, four of whom have Booth knees, two done at Penn and two done at Aria. Received excellent care at both hospitals. Two of us went to St Lawrence rehab, the other two went to marvelous Moss located at Aria. Moss rehab was absolutely of superior quality and care. Dr Booth and his PA 's gave all four of us excellent care and were always available and returned phone calls. 10 yrs later my husband needed some dental surgery. PA, Sarah, returned his call immediately re taking antibiotics. Our 8 Booth knees are working just fine

It's ten days out from my bilateral knee replacement surgery & I'm already out walking with my cane! Dr. Booth & staff are wonderful. Dr. Booth even called me the night before surgery to assure me that they would take good care of me! He's such a skilled, caring physician! If you have a positive attitude, you'll go a long way! I saw Dr. Sutton at 3B. Dr. Sutton is an amazing doctor. I would give him ten stars if possible. He is very nice and takes his time listening to you. He explained thoroughly in detail my issue. He took the time to listen to my questions and answered them until I understood what he was saying. I expressed my many concerns and he addressed each and everyone.

He has probably heard each question from other patients a million times but he never once seemed to be annoyed that I was asking a question, no matter what it was. He truly comforted me. As a doctor he is very informative and detailed and treated me with respect and kindness. I trust his opinion. You can tell he is concerned with you and what is best for you. EXCEPTIONAL DOCTOR, VERY VERY NICE.
