A: Two to three days before you come in, you will be instructed to shave the area to be treated.
Photo-aging and repetitive movements result in fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration and textural changes. The epidermis becomes thinner and more dry. Bumps appear due to damaged elastin protein in the dermis. Dermal scarring from acne and sunburn from repeated inflammation is more evident as skin ages.
Fractional Laser Resurfacing - smooths wrinkles and scarring, increases collagen and elastin. Photorejuvenation is a series of Intense Pulsed Light Treatments that improve the appearance of Rosacea, flushing, sun damaged skin, age spots, skin texture, and photo aging. The treatment also improves mild acne scars, reduces large pores, corrects dark circles around eyes, and reduces fine lines.
In addition to good skin care, we encourage a total approach, including Botox and fillers to maximally improve your appearance. Fillers - fillers that contain hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is present in young skin, are excellent, virtually risk free skin rejuvenators. Where can I start? This place will take your money I came in for botox they recommended me something else that I had no idea Dr Powell said It was just like Botox that will kick in faster etc etc 5 days later and $500 lest I still look like a Shar-pei! And I find it sO funny that this Dr keep telling me that touch ups are free, I never had to get a touch up! I guess they know their crap dont work. They also dont have numbing cream! I want my money back

I went to Dr. Powell for sun spot removal on my face-after 60 days it appeared as if no treatment had been done-I returned and showed her and she became somewhat defensive-I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere-She responded I should contact my insurance company-I mentioned I had a $5k deductible and I paid her cash- I was surprised she did not offer an alternative procedure or reverse the charges for such a simple procedure that had zero results-very disappointed-

Don't go here! The Botox is over priced and weak. Mine never really kicked in, but I certainly felt the needle. I went back for a touch-up after the doctor said over and over that touch-ups are free. She charged me anyway! I was so shocked, I didn't know what to do in that situation. She completely changed the terms of the touch up after I came in the have it done, and didn't tell me until after she had injected me. (And the new terms made no sense - you have to call about ineffective Botox before the generally agreed upon time frame of Boxtox kicking in?) I feel like the best I can do is warn others to avoid this place. Go out of town for better product and care.

This place is fantastic. The staff is awesome. They are very kind and helpful. I do not live close by but I will drive over an hour to see them. I had to cancel a couple of appt or reschedule because of issues with my children and it has never been a prob. They are so willing to help with everything. Dr. Powell is fantastic. She will never push unnecessary products or procedures and she is very fair with pricing.
Ok let's talk about facials. Kari is the absolute BEST there is. You will be blown away by her work. I was, and my face sooo needed help. She is extremely sweet and will really listen to all your concerns and address them. She explains everything so u are aware of what's going on. This place is just great and I will recommend it to anyone.

I went here before having treatments done at other centers and this clinic was very unfocused. I had laser done and i did not have good results or results any where near what the Dr told me i would have, the staff was un-knowledgable and unfocused, i would not recommend having any large procedures done here, however i recommend them for facials and waxing because their aesthetician is very friendly and does the job well and in a timely fashion. Overall my experience was not worth the price i paid.
