Cullman Urgent Care

Very disappointed in this urgent care. Been battling sinus problems for the past week and started running fever yesterday. Went to clinic and finally made it in and then was told I could not be seen or given anything to help since I told them I did not want a COVID test. It's bad when doctors won't even help treat you unless they push COVID on you. What happened to other sicknesses before COVID that this doctor won't even look at. Very disappointed!

Doctor rude, nurse argues back along with the doctor. They don't wash their hands before seeing my child not explain procedure. Very unprofessional. When I tell doctor this he just kept saying whatever. They didn't do urine test or check if iron low just went straight to the Covid test which was negative. it's sad that we live in a world of people who only work for money not caring for patients. My child still feels bad.

My experience on 4/7/2022 I just left upstairs pain management and was feeling bad. I knew I was dehydrated and feeling like I was gonna pass out. I walked into this clinic before exiting the building and the lady behind the desk looked bored. This place was totally empty, not a sound. She gave me and nasty look not even asking how she could help me.

I told her I needed to be seen but I didn't have copay for I just exhausted my funds upstairs and mentioned I had insurance. She told me straight up NO. No empathy for anything. I am disabled and have Medicare, she didn't even ask what kind not that it mattered, not to her. I could get better service from the hospital and that's not saying much. If that is the service before you get in, I can only imagine. I doNOT recommend this place. It's empty every time I visit upstairs ( wonder why). I wouldn't give a star but no choice.

I have never had a long wait time here. The staff and docs have always been courteous, caring and helpful. I think some reviewers here are confused by the name of the place being "urgent care", but this does not mean they are an emergency room. It means "urgent" in that they can see you "same day" for minor issues when it would take a week or more to get an appointment with your regular MD. They aren't a substitute for the ER or for your regular MD.

The lady at the front was rude. She could've told us we were going to have a $50 copay for a Covid test before we waited and filled out paperwork. Walked out, went down the road to AFC and got a free test and a wait time. Don't spend your money or time here, better options around!

I went here for them to check a burn I received on the 4th of July. I told the doctor that it was hurting and I needed some cream for it, so it would heal faster. It was 13th of July. He told me to put peroxide on it. I didn't need anything else. Since when is the patient opinion disregarded. I paid for him to give me his opinion. In my opinion this is not a doctor at all. If you want to waste your time and your money this is the place to go. Good luck if go here. I won't be going ever!

Smashed my arm so I wanted them to take a look at it. Tell them it's been ten days and the majority of my pain was at my wrist. They never even physically examined my arm at all. They X-ray it n it's not broken which I didn't think so anyways. I ask them about the ligaments or cartridge n they say an X-ray won't show that. Then proceed to check me out after they charge my card.

I ask them if there is any else that can do to determine the extent of my injury and they ask me what kind of scan I need. I'm not a doctor. So I basically waste my time and money and still have to go to another doctor to figure out what's wrong

This urgent care center has always been so wonderful with me and my family! So caring and attentive! The whole staff is always so kind and helpful! Thank y'all for providing such a great place for us to come when we are sick.

I brought my son here in November due to a bad case of Sinusitis and the staff was very nice. The Dr. came in, did a quick examination, and had our prescription submitted before we made it to the adjacent pharmacy. I will definitely bring my son back here in the event of another medical issue.

I have been using them for years. The doctors have always took good care of me and my family. Sometimes there is a wait, but I know I will get good care once back, so it's fine. It's worth it. They always take very good care of my children. Listened to me and them, made sure they narrowed it down to what was bothering them. Thank you for your wonderful service.
