Very profesional top-notch eye-care. Staff and doctors are all wonderful.

I've been going here for my eye exams and glasses since they've been at the O'Fallon location with absolute satisfaction. But today I took my one plus year old 400.00 sun glasses to them to check my lenses for the coating cracking and peeling. I was told that's how they are and people normally get new lenses every year. I say if you expect your sun glass lenses to last more than two years, go somewhere else.

Overall has always been a good location especially if you have insurance. Unfortunately, I am now with out eye care insurance. They told me up front how much it was going to cost but I did not have enough available to cover it with other expenses for different medical issues. When I explained I could not afford it, basically was told to come back when I can pay.

No payment plan offer or paid in full discount. While I was originally told it was important to get checked again hence the appointment, but when I can't pay, it can wait. Profit before patients. Hmm. Also, sign on door says mask required. But as I was going in a delivery driver was going in to drop a package without a mask. When I asked, I was told, "he was only here to drop packages so he is in and out." Policy is policy. Hypocrisy is there. It is a great place if they take your insurance.

We have always had GREAT service here until now. Our usual optician is outstanding (Thank You Carrie for all you do)but was not available. The Optician helping me this time did her best but just wasn't the same. The main sticking point was she had to wait for our new insurance to kick in on Feb 1. Exam was on Jan 27 and she assured me they would place the order on Feb 1.

That didn't happen, resulting in several days of delay. Finally received glasses on Feb 14 and fitted on Feb 15. Point is we don't need excuses but expect to receive the service we were promised!

Hands down the absolute best in St Charles county. Everyone is extremely, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The entire faculty is very nice, clean and comfortable. The Doctors especially Dr Ladd are top notch. Don't bother going anywhere else as it dosent get any better than this.

The people at Vision Source are great! The doctors are honest and they won't recommend a prescription unless it's needed. I'm also thrilled with the optometrists. My daughter and I both had issues with our glasses. Hers broke and I somehow scratched my lens. They did a warranty replacement for both of us, no hassle. Thank you to everyone at the office for your years of service to my family.

Everyone was friendly, location was clean. Felt comfortable right away. Staff always there to help with a smile.

Love this place! The Optomatrists are very thorough and keep working with you until you're comfortable with the prescription for your glasses or contacts. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I always have the best care here. I never have to go any place else they have everything I need. I've been going there for over 30 years. This is their second location, they outgrew the first one.

Dr Tomasino and the Staff are simply the best! I have a rare eye condition and they go ABOVE and WAY BEYOND to not only find solutions to my eye problems but they actually remember who you are! You can hear and see that they actually CARE about their patients. One of the most responsive offices (regardless of profession) I've ever encountered! My entire family does and will continue to take advantage of Vision Source as long as they will have us! From the front desk to the Doctors themselves, I just want to say thank you! True professionals!

Not a fan of going to any type of Doctor, but the folks here make it very easy. friendly staff and they make you feel very comfortable. 5 staff facility!

Absolute WORST optical experience of my life. I am told last September of 2017, that my prescription needed to be "tweaked" so I can see better. Well I could not see at all out of them and they had to be sent back and guess what I still cannot see out of them. A complete Waist of money and they were not cheap, and I am still wearing my original pair and see Great.

Do yourself a favor go somewhere else; you have lots of choices in the St. Louis, Missouri area besides Iverson-Tomasino-Goerss Eyecare, especially if they tell you that your prescription needs to be tweaked. BUYER BEWARE!

I've been a customer for the last 10 years and have never had such thorough eye care during my almost 35 years of wearing glasses. Dr. Ladd is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire team is fun to interact with and extremely competent. As an engineer I appreciate the fact that every year that I visit, they have yet another gadget or gizmo to insure that I am being evaluated with the latest eye care technology. I wouldn't trust my families vision to ANY other organization.

The doctor's are great - Keep you eyes on the insurance billing. It took several calls and a lot of time to clear up the billing issues. While the bills were eventually cleared up, I expect the doctor's office to be more knowledgeable about the insurance than I am. Also not the best practice to dialate someone's eyes and then ask them to pick out glasses.

I've been going to Dr. Goerss for around seven years. All my visits were painless and every body was friendly and helpful. They stay on top of my insurance and I always get the most for my eye care insurance. My wife and I both use Eyecare Associates and we have never felt like changing. Truth is they treat me like the President of the company, so I know that I'm special. Yes I am, Yes I am.

I had a good experience. My wait was a little long. Over all great visit. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I've only seen Dr. Goerss, but have been seeing him for several years. I'm extremely pleased with his care. He's always very courteous and friendly, and always explains things thoroughly. I never feel like he's rushing or not listening to my questions or concerns. I also appreciate that he explains the various options that are available to me.

The staff and assistants are friendly and helpful. They give a lot of samples (eye drops, wetting solution, contacts), which I appreciate! The adjoining eyeglass shop has a nice selection and the staff is helpful when trying to pick out glasses. The only downside is that the office is small and a bit cramped and the parking lot is small. I've had to park across the street, which isn't really a big deal. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for eye care!

This is my third year of visiting Iverson-Tomasino-Goerss for an eye exam. This is the first time, I haven't had the same optometrist and only because the one I used to go to has moved along with her husband out of town. To me, that is one of the best things they do, continuity of care. You see the same people all the time. They make notes and look them over.

My wife and I were both remarking that we had the most thorough eye exam we have ever had this time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The only real downside is they don't have a lot of parking. There always seems to be enough, but sometimes it is a little bit tight.
