Majority of the doctors and nurses there, great. Some of the front desk receptionists are rude and so disorganized. Their billing department are unwilling to help with payment concerns. The staff just seems to prefer the easy way out instead of considering newly STRESSED moms. Please continue reading if you'd like to know WHY. First issue, I've always requested a female doctor, but one of my appts, they scheduled me with a male doctor.
Why bother asking me my preference if you can't even follow. Second issue: Since the beginning of my appts and repeatedly, I've told them to bill my primary AND SECONDARY insurance. I even remember that they told me they have saved my secondary insurance on file. So when I finally gave birth. they billed only my primary insurance and I was left with a co-pay of $2000.
I asked them to bill that to my secondary insurance and they told me they can't because it's NH insurance. I told them they could and to call in with my NH insurance (secondary). Then, they said, "oh we could have billed it to them but now it's too late because it needs to be processed within 60 days after delivery." First of all, the bill wasn't mailed to my house until over a month of my delivery date.
Second of all, if they had billed it to my secondary insurance to begin with, we wouldn't have this problem! Then, they claimed that they didn't have my secondary insurance on file. WELL, MAYBE SOMEONE'S NOT DOING THEIR JOB BECAUSE I REPEATEDLY AT ALMOST EVERY APPT REMIND THEM OF MY SECONDARY INSURANCE! Two stars for the nurses and doctors. Other than that, this place will leave you frustrated. NOT A GOOD MIX WITH PREGNANCY HORMONES OR GOING THROUGH POST-PARTUM.

Staff is rude and seems judgemental of appearances. They told me they were going to screen me for drugs at every visit and asked 3 times if I was sure I wasn't taking anything before giving me a look like they didnt believe me. I found this very rude as I barely even drank before my pregnancy. When I began taking my piercings out and dressing differently for appointments the rude looms and questions stopped. Very judgemental. The wait is also terrible. I sat in a room for an hour waiting for someone to see me for a prenatal visit.

With my first the offered "other options" to me my first visit there. I was 20! It didn't go well and that doctor I never saw again. With my second 11 yrs later they never offered those "other options" to me but I put on 35lbs and they freaked out telling me I would have a huge baby (my first i gained 65lbs and they said nothing) and being 1 point off (working third shift and eating at weird hours) for my GD test they "diagnosed" me with GD my numbers were spot on the whole time.
I do not know why I went back there a second time they are just awful. I called freaking out I was spotting and crampy they said do nothing and wait not ok do you want to be seen or talk to a nurse NOPE just wait and freak out at home.

They are the worst place one can ever go in terms of administration. They make people wait hours on call and never respond properly. There is something called manner, which they really need to learn. Government should confiscate there license for behaving so badly with people in such critical condition.
