The doctor is never on time. Staff is very nice and trying their best to cover for the doctor. Waited over an 1.5 hours for our appointment. I figured there must of been an emergency but then a month later the doctor is late by an hour again so this time we rescheduled for the following day. We're waiting again. Something doesn't seem right to be consistently late for your very first appointments in the morning.

Hello I love Dr. Ruppel. He is very nice, funny and professional. However one day when Dr. Ruppel was not available we were seen by Dr. Kelly. I was about 3 years old at the time and I was told by my mother that he needed a urine sample and I was sobbing because I didn't like doctors. I was at Children s hospital in Boston a lot for a medical condition. Dr. Kelly said to my mom "she must have a learning disability because she isn't talking." Then he said if you can't pee you will have to get a blood test. So I peed. He then sent us to get a blood test even though he got the sample.

I truly appreciate Shelley at the front desk she went above and beyond to make a smooth transition for me after I had an absolutely horrible experience with Holyoke Pediatrics. Redwood Pediatrics is the best. As soon as I walked in I fell in with the place and so did my 8 year old. Cant wait for my son to be seen by Dr Kelley next month.

Disappointed in service! Switched because we had an issue with Sumner peds calling them in middle of the night. Well when we went there for first visit they told me that if there was ever an issue that they wouldn't make us wait to be seen. So I called them on Saturday evening and the female Dr wouldn't call in antibiotics for sinus infection told me we had to be seen.
Not to mention it was early on a Saturday night and sounded like her party was going on for a while. So I had to go to emergency room because my 8 year old couldn't stop blowing his nose. Coughing so much he is vomiting. But he should be fine to go back to school they said.
