Breast milk is considered the optimal nutrition for infants in the first year of life. Sometimes, making breastfeeding successful for both the infant and the mother is difficult. A international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) can help ease the process. PANF is excited to announce that our terrific nurse practioner, Pam Bajada NP IBCLC, is now a certified lactation consultant.
Pam is available for lactation consulting to all nursing mothers or mothers who plan to nurse. Call the office or ask your doctor about it at your baby's next check up.

We like Dr. Lam a lot, but getting in touch with her is a nightmare. Any time you call the main number it takes forever to get in touch with the staff. The answering service during off hours is unresponsive and useless. Today I am trying to call about a rash that has suddenly appeared on my son's hand arm and leg. They are open and I have been on hold for almost a half hour.
No hold queue information, no estimated wait time. I have no idea when I'll be able to speak to someone. Not even an option to leave a message and get a call back. Seriously considering finding a new pediatrician. What good are they if you cannot get in touch with them?

This place is completely unprofessional and lacks experience. If you do not care about your child's health or well being this is the place to take them. Donna O' Connell is to young and inexperienced to handle children or family situations. Due to her negligence and actions my mother passed away not being able to say good bye to her Grandson. She didn't even have the professionalism to call me and explain herself, instead another DR called back yelling and offering no apology for their actions. Stay far away from this place!

So far this place has been great but the one that needs to change is there answering service. When calling during lunch hours the person can never assist you and just advices you to leave a message or call back. If this is the help that's provided it should just go to voicemail automatically. Also when calling it takes forever to reach someone and then you have to be connected to whichever branch you belong to. Definitely needs a better system in place for families that call.
