Worst customer service of any medical facility I've ever dealt with. I wish I were exaggerating when I say they've never answered any time I've tried to call them. I have to call multiple times and leave multiple messages over the span of several days before anyone bothers to call back. Doesn't matter what the reason is- to make an appointment, cancel an appointment, ask a question about a medication, ANYTHING.
Doesn't matter. I've been in for appointments (that took forever for me to book) and while in the waiting room I'll just hear the phone ringing off the hook. No one answering, despite there being multiple receptionists at the desk up front. I don't normally write reviews to complain but it is ridiculous. If there were another women's care facility within an hour of me, I wouldn't be going here despite the fact that I DO like the doctors I've seen. Dr. Davis and Dr. Harris are both wonderful.

I've been trying to call for over a week to make an appointment for my daughter. can't get anyone to answer the phone. Left a message a few days ago, no call back. After reading reviews I see this isn't uncommon at all for this place. I've had Dr. Davis, Dr. Denton, and Dr. Harris all recommended to me before but at this point I'm just going to have to drive to Sylva despite it being much further from me than Blairsville.

Does anyone know if the business hours listed are accurate. have tried to call a few times over the last couple weeks and can never get an answer. leaving voicemail is pointless as they never get back to you. Haven't been here in a few years since I moved out of state, and based off of other reviews it seems they have gone down hill.

I love Dr. Davis and I love Dr. Mercer. The problem isn't with the Dr.'s the problem is when you call to try and get an appointment you either get there voicemail or hung up on. If you leave your name and number as it suggest for them to call you back to make an appointment they never call you back.
