Never paid so much $$ for an eye appointment. Was charged the premium because of dryness in my eyes. If that's the case everyone should be charged that. I was always charged the standard (first time here so I gave them the benefit of the doubt) but not worth it. When having certain tests/results were examined, I couldn't see it because I had no contacts in--even though she kept referring to them. Standard copay of $10 turned into 27x.

Promptitude and pleasantness of the staff; doctor reviewing the prescription to make sure I get exactly what I need; checking the best way to apply my insurance; the patient's Covid protection measures; and all make the place my favorite place to go to for Oftalmic problems.

Dr. Koumjian and staff very accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Provided last minute service (after I broke my old glasses) and after a thorough exam and assistance on selecting new frames, my lenses have been ordered and I will shortly be back to get "footed" for my new glasses. Couldn't be more pleased!

I found this place via my vision benefits and felt encouraged by the positive reviews. It's been a long time since I've had a non mass-retailer connected Optometrist and I could not be happier. Dr. Koumjian is incredibly thorough and involves you in every step of the process so you know what is going on. Nicole and Stephanie are just two of the sweetest people I have ever met and it was fun picking out my glasses with them.

When I was there again recently for a more urgent matter, Nicole provided me with information for other local doctors she was familiar with and I'm truly grateful for that. Dr. Koumjian again was very thorough and thoughtful and everyone made sure that the information from this visit would get to the appropriate doctors. I would highly recommend Watertown Eye. As someone who is picky about how deals with their care, this recommendation is not made lightly.

Dr. Koumjian and her wonderful staff have accomplished a miracle! I actually have progressive glasses and contacts that are comfortable and I can see everything. I love the way the glasses look and feel and appreciate their thorough care with every detail.

Today was my first visit with Dr Koumjian and her staff. I have to say I was impressed with how nice and helpful everyone was as well as being very professional. Dr. Koumjian answered all my questions and made certain that my prescription was accurate. She really took time with me and it was appreciated. I picked out some cute sunglasses from their selection and can't wait for summer so I can wear them!

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doc took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me valuable information, and provided an extremely thorough exam. Front desk got my records printed promptly, helped me pick out new frames, and got me checked out in no time. They follow all safety precautions and only allow one patient inside the office at a time. Definitely recommend this office.

This place is great! Dr. K explained everything super thoroughly and made me feel at ease. Both Nicole and Stephanie were extremely helpful and patient from when I booked the visit, during the appointment, and even while I picked out glasses. They didn't rush me at all and even helped me find the best pair for me. I highly recommend Watertown Eye!

Always a great experience. I come to Watertown eye for my annual - Dr. Koumjian is extremely thorough in checking the health of my eyes, and explains everything that she sees. The staff is also lovely and friendly (Steph and Nicole!). Also very safe and sanitized during COVID. Would highly recommend coming here for all your optical needs.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at our eye appointment today. It was so appreciated to have someone spend TIME to explain things and talk to you about your concerns. The staff was incredibly sweet and patient with my children, and went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. No complaints here! Thanks to the entire staff!
