Myself and my family have never had better care or more compassion from every worker in that hospital! From dietary to housekeeping to nurses. And doctors! A most compassionate hospital and I would never go anywhere else

They took good care of me at St. Anthony's. The grapevine gives mixed reviews, and in part I see the criticisms, it feels a bit old and rundown. I also saw that the budget was spent on some high end instrumentation and I felt the medical staff were collaborative and engaged.

Terrible. I routinely go to this hospital for bloodwork and pay a $25 copay because they send it out. I have been going to my GP for over 5yrs and never had a problem until these last two times. When I went in February, I got my blood drawn and have already paid the copay for it through my insurance company. This last time in March, they drew my blood, didn't take enough the first time so I had to come back the next day to get blood work done.

Instead of sending it out to a different lab like they ALWAYS DO, they did it on house and now it is a $50 copay for both of them. They said the GP didn't notated on the forms to send them out. Funny thing is, I have been going to this GP for years, why would he randomly not? It is sad that I have never had a problem with the nurses (they are amazing), but the billing department is a rip off. Oh, let us add that the number on the bill isn't even correct and that when I did call the right number, the rep was super rude (shout out to Chris for being that level unprofessional).

A supervisor called me the next day and although very professional, poured salt in the wound by stating not only would I be billed for March but February too. Looks like I will be taking a ride to Goshen or Middletown from now on. Oh, let us not forget when then sent me a bill January for over $1,000 because they billed the wrong insurance company.

Good times. Sincerely do not recommend for blood work or labs. I have gone to Crystal Run in between those visits and they have billed me properly and before these people have even got 1 out. Go somewhere else if you can.

Although I wasn't having a wonderful time here, the nurses were so kind and welcoming and especially understanding of my fear of needles. I like how the doctors ease you into some of the harder news to hear. Some people like when it's straight to the point, but in my case I need a slight warm up. Overall, great people, great treatment.

Excellent nursing care received while admitted here. Staff seem happy with what they do. ER wait times were very reasonable.

Went to get covid testing the whole time i was getting looks from the nurses and even heard them commenting about how "i dont understand why people cant just go to their little covid testing centers and get it done there" all of the other locations were closed and i had no access to any other means. was kept there for an extra 2 hours after they got my samples and wouldn't explain why i couldnt leave. awful service and rude nurses

Hospitals are not at the top of my bucket list of places I would like to visit, however the ER was quick and efficient. The young woman at the desk window was a delight to speak with. Efficient and pleasant. She escorted me right in to have an X-ray done. Before I left she did provide me written directions to set up a patient portal to access my test results.

I was happy to have this information knowing I could retrieve the test results as early as a Saturday AM. It is a great way to access all of your tests that have been done throughout the last several years at the hospital. It did work out well for me. When it comes to treating the underlying cause of the medical issue I have, which is genetic in nature, I do have doctors at NYU Medical Center and Weill Cornell/ Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.

The specialist are brilliant doctors, who think outside the box. It is well worth investing your time to take that trip into the City. Hopefully you will not need a Specialist and you will be blessed with Good health and Peace in this New Year!

If it wasn't for the horrible place they transferred me to for a procedure, I'd be giving one star. I went in for a rapid heart rate and I'm currently in chemo. They did a chest CT and found a small PE, but that's the only thing they did right. The first nurse to try and access my port, couldn't, and just stabbed me over and over again trying to get in there.

When I told her to go the arm instead, she still couldn't do it right and literally dug around under my skin till I cried out. She stopped. Then another nurse came in to do the IV in my other arm. She didn't use alcohol before putting it in! I didn't have a chance to catch her, as it went in so fast. It was also not super clean in the ER. On top of that, you could tell they didn't really care about masks and safety for Covid. They also transferred me to Good Samaritan, which I wrote a review for as well. Never go there either.

When you are going to the emergency room, you expected an excellent service. This hospital is not that. My daughter had a laceration in her chin, about a week ago. I can't complain, myself or my daughter, I was pleased enough with the care of Dr. Singh and Josh. Excellent job, on the stitches, and how they took care of her. THEY WAS AMAZING!. A week after we went back to remove the stitches.

I wasn't there because work, it took then more than three hours, for then to take care of her. Unfortunately Dr. Singh wasn't there, my daughter suffered from the stitches removal, the doctor in charge didn't put any numbness medication on her The experience was totally different than the first day that we went there. I even called the ER, to asked for my, daughter, and they guy who answered the phone told me that he will hang up the phone, because he was busy! This hospital staff needs training ASAP! SO RUDE PEOPLE! I worked for a different hospital, and I know what excellent is! (Not close to home) Unfortunately!
