Poor communication. Does not keep you updated whatsoever as far as what is going on. Received notice from my insurance the claim had been denied WEEKS ago and they never heard anything from my doctor about it so they were notifying me now so I could contact them myself. The doctor never did the peer-to-peer review, just took the denial and moved on.

I had to call myself and ask what was going on and why, because nobody ever contacted me about anything from their office. Was told they "weren't done" with it so nobody told me anything. Nobody told me anything about it being denied, resubmitted, changed, appealed, etc. Nothing, I had to ask myself. That's not acceptable, and this is not common at any other office.

I would recommend choosing a different doctor that will advocate for you with your insurance and listen to your needs/wants, and actually communicate with you. These surgeries are huge and affect you for the rest of your life, you don't need to be left in the dark about any of it. Choose a different office

CRITICAL! Scarring and office personnel. Well it's been almost three long years, and Dr. Hollingsworth has destroyed my life.

The staff are helpful and polite. The Dr. took his time to explain my situation. Excellent manners. I recommend Dr. Hollingsworth.

Dr. Hollingsworth and his staff are awesome! I had a breast reduction and couldn't be happier with my results. He is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend him and will be returning for any of my future needs.

Dr Hollingsworth has great bedside manners and makes you feel comfortable. His staff is 5 star rated also. Had breast implants 23 years ago by Dr. Hollingsworth. Last week he put in new ones. The whole procedure was perfect.

I am a 65 year old female and had a eye lift (upper and lower) about 2 years ago. I could not be HAPPIER! There are literally no scars and my bright, open eyes make me look and feel YEARS younger. Dr. Hollingsworth did an EXCELLENT job and I am scheduling a face/neck lift with him for the fall. GREAT WORK and very personable!

They are the the best in Texarkana. He is a very educated man. Not only in the cosmetic field but also as an ENT! His staff provides a very caring atmosphere. I would never go anywhere else.

Christmas 2018 --Dr H. Was Very Smart and educated man great conversationalist. Dr. takes time to explain patiently. He removed my tonsils at 45 years old, and as everyone has heard that's a tough one. Excellent 5 star rating. All of my family goes to him now for anything he can do. I did my homework beforehand, as I always do and now I can confirm that he is the best.

I think he said he has been in doing this 42 years in this specific field. My Tonsils Healed fast no more problems. Please Do what he man says during the process and have great fast, clean healing and great results. 5 Stars thanks. Doctor H. Joe B

I had an eyelid surgery. eyelift (June 13, 2018) performed by Dr Hollingsworth. I really like the doctor and most of all his staff. If you thinking about any questions when you see Dr Hollingsworth just asked them, no matter what. He is professional and he will give you the best advice for you. And his office even called to check on my recovery. Surgery took about an hour for me. I only had my top lids done, in his office and no eye pain during nor after for me, to my surprise. but the stitches coming out, wow! that was a different story! lol lol

Great surgeon! Excellent work n great prices! The staff is super friendly and helpful.
