Services
Baxter Regional offers a variety of positions across our hospital and over 40 clinics and off-site locations. Medical positions range from nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses and medical technicians to physical therapists, clinical schedulers and social workers. Non-clinical jobs take up a large portion of opportunities at Baxter Regional as well. Within our ancillary staff, positions range from engineering and maintenance to legal, accounting, administration and marketing.
Since 1988, generous donors in our community have ensured Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation's success by providing ongoing funding for Baxter Regional Medical Center. With their financial support, the Foundation is able to provide the latest medical technology, facility upgrades, healthcare scholarships and the programs and services of the four community health education and support houses.
Volunteers have been a special part of Baxter Regional Medical Center since before its inception. Steeped in history, the enduring goals of our volunteers remain the same: to serve the community and hospital through compassion, dedication and financial support. In addition to assisting patients, families and visitors in more than 60 areas of need, the Baxter Regional volunteers' auxiliary raises funds through the gift shop, thrift shops and fundraisers to purchase equipment for the hospital.There are many volunteer opportunities at Baxter Regional.
Candice Dunbar, PT, DPT, CSCS, is accepting physical therapy patients of all ages. Working together with referring physicians and other medical providers, the dedicated team of professionals led by Candice can help minimize pain, reduce the risk of falls, and facilitate improvements in strength and flexibility that allow patients to return to sport or simply live life independently.
