I had a very good experience at KCUC. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Marian the nurse practitioner was also very sweet and kind. She very patiently listened to my concerns and immediately began to address my issues. She was very knowledgeable and skilled in performing the required tests to identify my problem. She was very professional and effective in prescribing a treatment and a path forward for me. I would highly recommend KCUC to anyone requiring their services.

Friendly, efficient staff. Didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes before being escorted to an exam room. Dr. Bock arrived less than 10 minutes later. He explained test results in a clear manner and answered questions fully and completely. I was highly satisfied with the care and would highly recommend this office.

I was late for my appointment. The receptionist was polite and offered assistance. The doctor was gracious enough to see me between other appointments. She was thorough as usual in updating me on my condition and answering questions. I felt well informed on my condition and what to expect.

Brought my dad here to start the all dreaded cancer treatment process. Every single person we have encountered along the way has been absolutely amazing. Understanding our fears, questions and random thoughts regarding this process. Could not ask for better people to guide us through this journey! Thank you for being amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about the caregivers at this clinic. The care starts the moment you are greeted at the front desk and continues throughout your visit. In short these wonderful folks are helping me on my journey to stay cancer free.

KCUC on Nall is the most caring, thorough, and informative office. We are always greeted with a very friendly and exceptional staff who endure my husband's jokes willingly. Dr. David Bock is intelligent and yet very easy to talk to; he patiently listens and answers all questions. We would recommend Dr. Bock to everyone. I believe he saved my husband's life a few years ago, and we trust him completely. We always leave the office with a smile after checking out with Katie. 5 stars are not enough for KCUC.

Dr. Christian Hettinger did his residency at Mayo Clinic for five years, making him one of the best in his specialty. We're very blessed to have him here locally. His knowledge, skill set, personality and compassion are unsurpassed. He spent time with me and reviewed my case in depth. I'm beyond satisfied and heartily recommend him.

The procedure it self went great. My only issues is that I had an appointment set for 3pm and arrived the 15 minutes early as requested. I didn't get called back until 340. I think laid there waiting for another 30-40 minutes before the doctor came in for my procedure. I was already nervous but the extended wait time really made that worse. Again, the Dr and staff were polite and kind and the procedure went exactly as explained.

Dr Bock has been the best urologist I could have ever found. From the first meeting and into my procedures, he has been very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. I'm extremely satisfied!

I've been a patient of Dr. Herzig's for about three years now and have had nothing but good things to say about her, her practice and the nurses, and the up front office personnel.
