Got stitches on the top of my head. And was billed for a chest xray plus the stitches

Why does this hospital even exist?! Wait time is unacceptable, especially when the ER is empty. And the "doctors" seem to be almost clueless.

Nurse was very rude. Person who answered the call was very rude and did not want to give out her name. They basically didn't want to help my baby at all. Tried to report them they would not transfer to the right person. Very bad experience my coworkers told me that they don't know how to take care of patients and today I found that out. Very, very rude people I will never go to that place ever again. I do not recommend this hospital.

Usually a reasonable waiting time but what really made me nervous is the temperature. Hospitals are supposed to have cold, industrial-grade air purifiers in constant circulation. I swear they have the heat on in here. This helps bacteria, viruses, mold, ect grow and spread. Take an extra dose vitamins a day or two before you go.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband and I have been waiting here for over 3 hours with a hook lodged in his finger. The Doc FINALLY came in just now and got it out within 5 minutes, so we had to wait 3 1/2 hours for a 5 minute fix. During the 3 1/2 hour wait we watched the Doc sit down and pay more attention to his cell phone than anything else.

He would stand up occasionally, but then he would just sit right back down. All the while, my husband's finger was swelling up and changing colors and when we told the nurse that his pain was increasing she just said that the Doc was busy and told us to sit back down.

Took my son to ER for nausea and vomiting saw Dr. Kevin Chaisson. All the Dr. did is gave him 1 Zofran no prescription and barely examined him. The worst Dr. there if I could give negive stars I would. My son is also complaining of a sore throat and is still has diarrhea and vomiting.

I had a very wonderful experience with this hosptial. I'm new in the community and was booked in. Seen and treated in under 2 hours. Thats with blood work. Staff was super friendly and the Dr. Was very caring. It is very likely I will be switching my Dr. Very soon

Undoubtedly the worst hospital in Louisiana. It doesn't matter what you come in for there is always a wait. Your either waiting to be brought to the back, or in the back, as of right now I have been laying in the back for an hour and a half. The only person I have seen was a nurse who told me to get on the bed and that the Dr. would be by when he could.

No one checks on you, the same nurse shut the curtain so I could not see them. Oh yes I cut my leg with a chain saw, that is what I am here for. No one examined the wound, it will need sticks I can see meat. Oh well!

My daughter went in with chest pains didn't do a chest X-ray or ekg or anything and said it was indigestion. 4 days later my daughter still hurting and find out her sternum was inflamed and she bruised on the outside of her chest! Bull$$$t

Went there to see Dr. Moreno and was turned away by the two nurses when I asked to see their privacy practices. No where else have I gone where did not have a written copy. it is very discouraging when the employees don't even read their own paprwork
