Very unprofessional and rude. Prescribers came and went over a few years so I experienced the behavior of not only a number of rotating prescribers, but also attended multiple groups. When I started asking what I imagine were "too many questions", I saw an ugly side by those with control over my medication. Dr. Kumar has been around for decades. He wasn't much help back then when he practiced out of the building that is now Kettle Moraine Counseling.
Even as a child that individual made me uncomfortable. I hope that this clinic goes under and that a better clinic replaces these "professionals". People deserve to be treated with respect regardless of their struggles. The people walking into Affiliated want help and are taking the steps to get it. Sadly, from my experience, our efforts within the walls of Affiliated are unacknowledged and discouraged. James Giese is the owner and seems receptive, however, he's talented at being two faced. When did people throw decency and honor out the door?!? I do not recommend Affiliated and will make it known.

Before my insurance changed I worked with Ryanne Wendt and Alyssa Sydalko. (not sure if their names are spelled correct) I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. My life will be forever changed by them. Ryanne is an amazing counselor who makes difficult issues easy to talk about and helps you to see what you're doing right as well as areas to improve on.
Wish I could still see her, if my insurance situation changes definitely going back to her. Best counselor I've ever worked with! Alyssa changed my life forever too! She took me seriously when discussing symptoms and gave me a referral for a pulmonologist instead of messing with medication combinations that did nothing to relieve my symptoms. turns out I have narcolepsy! Alyssa was the one medical provider who went the extra mile for me. after 10+ years of misdiagnosed symptoms she is the person who sent me down the path for a proper diagnosis and symptom management.
That process would have taken years to figure out on my own. These ladies are amazing providers who definitely care about their clients! If you get the chance to work with them, do it!

All they care about is money! DO NOT send someone you love here. They do not always keep their appointments with clients. They often send a "text alert" saying you have an appointment and when you come in they deny you access for help. Even though they are the ones who "confirmed" your appointment. They are rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Kumar was very good but the therapist I saw was horrible. Her name is Patricia/Patty. I saw her for years and not once did anything to help me or even point me in a good direction. I felt like I was talking to a wall. Nerver asked questions or lead me to a safe place. I felt like she didn't even listen and come to find out took even worse notes on what I said or didn't say.
I gave permission for them to give my diagnosis but not my private session. I wouldn't ever recommend going to her. I went to her for help for in an abusive relationship and he was also a drug addict. Never once asked me if I was safe. *She knew I wasn't. I didn't know the steps to leave without getting hurt in the process again. She didn't help. I'm not sure what good she is besides sitting in a chair for a paycheck.

They don't even deserve a star. All they care about is money. It's impossible to get through the phones to speak to an actual person and when you do they are rude. The psychiatrists are incompetent and just want to keep throwing pills at you until they find something that sticks even if it means you're on more than 10 at a time. The psychologists are unable to think outside the box with anything besides simple, straightforward cases. Don't waste your time

I have used this clinic after having gone to a prior one in the area several years ago. I have remained a patient a few years now going in as needed since prior to the relocating. I am very happy with my current therapist. I will say I appreciated their willingness to work with me when I first started to find a good fit as that initial therapist and I did not fit well personality wise. Over all it has been a positive experience for me and would recommend this clinic to others.

I'd like not to even give this place a star, but google doesn't let you review it unless you give the one star. If anything I feel this Clinicial facility more than dropped the ball with my son Ryon. Back in March of 2016 he signed up, seeking help. His therapist was Alt. Saw her twice in a month. The next month this "clinic" had my son explaining all his issues to another therapist.
So he saw that therapist a second time again in April. Comes to his 5th appointment in May, guess what? They handed him off to another therapist! Saw that one again in May. How does a patient ever expect to be cured if the "facility " keeps switching who you're talking to and your first appointment with each new therapist just has to learn what's bother my son over and over?!
So my son had to keep explaining his issues every other appointment. Meanwhile this place still got paid for their appointments and my son never got the help he needed from them. My son Ryon, killed himself on 6-7-16. my wife's birthday. Apparently talking to legal about this what this place did isn't illegal but highly UNETHICAL! I've got a lot of issues with these people.
I'm not a religious person anymore. but I do pray that someday each of these individuals that were involved, get a severe terminally painful cancer with no known cure. Ya I guess that's what I wish on them. But as I said I'm not sure if there's a god anymore and I really don't think god would step in and grant my prayer. he didn't step in an stop my son from killing himself with a rifle we bought as a gift for deer hunting. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS PLACE!

All this place is worried about is getting its money. They care nothing about the well being of their patients. There are way better places to get psychotherapy than this place! Money is all thats on their agenda. They have a new place to pay for. Its going to come from either your pocket or the insurance companies. Beware! This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

As a semi-competitive counselor with this company, I can say that the people I know there are not just interested in money. They have compassion but work with a very difficult clientele. I refer our currently addicted to them, along with Rogers and Aurora, but I have confidence in ACS and highly-respect Dr. Kumar.
