Rooted in the Franciscan tradition of hospitality and the healing ministry of Jesus Christ, Holy Family Memorial has a rich heritage of putting our community first. When the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity were approached by local clergy and community leaders over a century ago to start a hospital to care for the health needs of our growing community, they answered the call. And we've been proudly serving our community ever since. We're committed to providing the right care, in the right setting, for the right outcomes.

I had a MRI here. The nurse Laura is VERY nice. She did Everything to accommodate my anxiety issues. She came to work to do my test even it's not her turn after overnight on-call. Thank U Laura!

Its no wonder why they have such a low rating. Im trying to visit a family member who is in the ICU which i may never see again if they pass away, I called to find out what room so i could go visit and they said she already had her 4 visitors for the day so the next day i start heading there and they told me the same thing. Now they are saying they are only allowed FOUR for her entire visit/stay. Makes no sense if people are allowed to come and go. Disappointment and no clarification. All of the people that answer the phone give different responses and no one knows what's going on.

Very very rude. I had been vomiting for 24 hours, and my husband brought me to the ER at 10pm. Nicole wouldn't let my husband speak, Karen was VERY rude. Didn't want to know what was wrong with me, only if I had my vaccine, and if I would of had my vaccine I would be in the position I was in. REALLY? THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER! RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND CHARGES FOR THINGS THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO! AND DOUBLE CHARGING FOR OTHER THINGS. DON'T GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Nurse practitioner Nicole came in the room and was EXTREMELY rude! I was in the room with my son who yes is over the age of 18 but she IMMEDIATELY walked in and started in that they don't allow visitors in the room. Was just RUDE!

Wow, what to say about Holy Family Memorial Hospital. Don't go there. I take issue with the Dr's I had. Their #1 diagnosis was incorrect. This was proven by the lab report. I saw three Dr's during my stay. The first two never came to discuss their diagnosis with me and the third, the Dr. that discharged me listened to my chest and said "take it easy the next few days". That was it. I had to go online to mychart to get the information I did learn. I must say the nurses and other staff were wonderful. Step it up doctors!

Wish it could be -5 stars. Went due to a reaction to a medication causing violent stomach pains. Waited out in the waiting room actually sobbing in pain. Got in, and the first 3 ladies were wonderful, spare their lives. Didn't see the doctor, until I found out he was the man who came in for 3 sentences, and mocked me for asking to lay down, and left with zero introductions!

Didn't see him again until he was literally smack talking me outside my room. Had two other nurses enter who both ignored my wailing due to pain, and the second one started pitching me a diet! A Damned Diet! Never want to step foot in this building again, I hope you're shut down.

I had shoulder surgery. It was my first time having any kind of surgery. The employees were amazing. The care and attention I received before and after the surgery was awesome. They truly cared.

I went to a few visits at holy family walk in and also three er visits I went into a deep psychosis was not in reality for over a month and a half. My family was desperately trying to get me help because I was catatonic. Nothing was done to help me until the police brought me in then they took it seriously. IAM not the only person that has went to holy family with a mental health issue that had just horrible issues.

Do not go to holy family if you have mental health issues. Like I said I was turned away 4 times before the police got them to sign off on getting into a psych ward. From my experience and others I know they turn mental health patients away. It was the worst scariest experience I have ever had. The months of psychosis could have been avoided if there was a intervention sooner. So pretty much if you have mental health problems go to Aurora! Hfm will just turn u away.

My love saw Dr D for her bad hip. He did a great job in the surgery, and all the staff there were so good. They even signed her 87th birthday card. What a great team.

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to seek treatment but since my past experiences have been good I went to the Walk-in clinic. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a filled prescription. The staff was professional and polite. The nurse was very friendly. I rate it 4 stars because like so many other healthcare providers now days, they spend more time looking at the computer than at me. But it's like that all over.
