It is our goal to provide our patients with high quality, compassionate, personalized surgical care. We don't like to keep you waiting for your surgery, so we do our best to schedule your appointments and operations as soon as possible. Office visits are by appointment at our office at 719 West Hamilton Avenue, in Eau Claire.
Because our office is small, we are able to provide personalized attention when handling billing and insurance matters. Our clerical staff are experts at working with insurance companies, and in particular working with surgical claims. We encourage you to call, email, or write the office staff with any questions, problems, or comments regarding billing and insurance.
It was the most amazing experience-a part of me is sad I won't have another one so I can come back to you guys again! I have been to four different doctors and two surgeries for my fistula problem over the last five years. after my first surgery from Mayo Clinic my problem remained the same. after my second surgery from a different doctor my problem worsened three fold. I went to see dr. Roelant at Evergreen Surgical and he had me cured within four months. I am very impressed with these people!

Came to Dr. Immerman after one previous failed pilonidal cyst excision surgery. To say I wish I would have seen him from the start was an understatement. Dr. Immerman is arguably the BEST surgeon in America for pilonidal disease. I had an incredibly positive experience with him and he exceeded my high expectations. I urge anyone with pilonidal disease to travel to him.

Came to see Dr. Immerman to get rid of my horrible pilonidal cyst in which I had three failed surgeries with other doctors back home in Washington, so yes I traveled all the way to Wisconsin to see him and I couldn't have made a better choice. The staff at Evergreen Surgical were very nice and helpful as well!

Dr. Daniels was very rushed when I saw him for my first appointment. Then I was going to have to wait almost 2 weeks for anything to be done, but i had another gallbladder attack before that appointment. The doctor that performed my 2nd surgery that day, was very rude to my family when they were asking questions while i was in recovery. I had to stay in the hospital over night, and yet another doctor was supposed to come see me after my labs got drawn to hopefully discharge me.
He had no idea he was supposed to see me, so I sat around waiting until almost 5 before I got discharged. When asking him about restrictions, he wouldn't give me a straight answer. He would just say "I probably wouldn't lift much". All three doctors i saw work for this clinic and I am very unhappy with the care that I recieved.

Without a doubt, the best experience you could ask for. We had a Pilonidal cyst removed with Dr. Immerman and were back into life in 2 weeks! The staff was so nice, they always responded promptly, the surgical center was top-notch! Can't say enough good things about this experience. Was worth the travel and expense and actually spent less over all! Forever thankful for 5-star care with 5-star results.
